My daughter had her first appointment today with Dr. Russell and I must say I absolutely loved the doctor and his staff. Everyone was very friendly. Before he examined my daughter the nurse comes in of course asks questions and then takes you to the doctors office to meet with him. He explains everything at length and answers any questions you have. You are then taken back to the exam room to be examined. I am so happy I did my research before picking a doctor for my daughter. Dr. Russells bedside manners are superb.

This office is very hard to get in contact with. Its has taken exactly one hour to reach a live person on the phone. The phone either asks you to leave a message for the party you are trying to reach or loops you back through the audimated system. When you call back to try to reach a live person the line is busy. I have been very frustrated with this phone system. It has taken too much time for a simple question.
