Meaghan Dean
She doesnt deserve any stars i kept telling her my water was leaking and she just kept saying oh thats normal your fine meaghan even hadblood that came out with mucus plug at 32 weeks she said thats okay thats normal i told her for some reason my water dont read on the strips and even though on every US that week i had 5 the water got less and less she said drink more water even though my pee was pretty clear meaning i drink plenty well went to the hospital even though she said my water was 13 i knew she measured wrong bc she add 5 different measurements together instead of 3 she doesnt know i been through this enough ihad problems with all 4 pregnancies .i told her i was going to the hospital bc my baby hadnt moved very much in 2 days she said hes fine you dont need to go i said i know something is wrong im going she said Whatever Meaghan and when i got checked at the hospital his heartbeat kept droping and found out his water was dangerously low at 4 and in i waited another day he would not be here. The doctor told Jennifer this. Mind you i had been in and out of the hospital 3 times in the week one 2 days before emergency c section i was measuring at 6 and the hospital called to tell Jennifer and she said oh thats okay she was 7.5 last she checked which the last she checked i was 13 and i called her to see why she said that and she said oh that was the last #i remember i didnt have time to look in your file im like you said 13 yesterday how can you forget that and plus i never had a measurement of 7.5. The hospital would have kept me if she didnt lie and i also would not have had a Emergency c section if she would have listen. My baby is only alive today bc i didnt listen to my ob about everything was okay i delivered him at 35 weeks water started leaking at 33 weeks 6 days the week before that his heartbeat went from 140s/150s to 110s/ 100s which also she said was okay and none of my 3 kids befor him drop that low. So i knew something was wrong. My belly was also measuring 3 weeks behind in that week that i told her im leaking i went from measuring 3 weeks behind to 5 weeks behind and i pointed that out and here she goes oh maybe hes positioned wrong. Really it dont take a genius to figure out im leaking if ultrasound is showing fluid keeps getting lower each day and my belly is also shrinking. All she cares for is a pay check. She did wake me up at 3 am the day after i delivered and say go ahead meaghan say its my fault for not listening . Are you kidding me. She also had a smirk on her face i was like its not funny if i would have listened to you and not went to the hospital my son would not be here today. Im sure the dr told you, she said yes meaghan and than asked what she could do i told her nothing for me i saved mine and my sons life. Also told her she needs to listen to her patients and not brush them off if they think something is wrong chances are something is wrong. Not to mention when I started leaking the next day i started vomiting and had diarrhea and couldnt eat for that whole week she said oh theres a stomach bug going around. Turns out i had a kidney infection and UTI i didnt find out until after.

Not the best for experience with my 1st pregnancy back in 2012. I was told almost every time that I went that my belly was very small, I am skinny in general plus I had morning sickness up until 18wks and I was a week less then what she told me which meant my due date was also wrong, I mentioned it several times after I she sent me to a hospital around 32wks to get checked out and she still never updated it. At 7 months I was told I had sickle cell trait and if I wanted to test my partner to see if he had it too that, that would mean the baby would have it, I was shocked as to why she tested me so late. Like if it would even matter at that point, all that did was just cause stress on my pregnancy. I chose to not bother testing him. At 34wks I was testing high on my blood pressure and was told to carry a jug around so they could test my urine I went to turn it in and a few hours later I was in the hospital, my blood pressure was too high and could not leave. I went in on a thursday and delivered my baby by c section on sunday. I spent 3 days basically dying from painful headaches, had to have my blood pressure checked constantly, the pain was so bad they had to inject me with morphine. The nurses were terrible! If it wasnt for my sister in law who had to yell at a nurse to get me a doctor to finally diagnose me who knows how much longer I would have been there deteriorating. Finally I was diagnosed with preeclampsia and scheduled a c section for the next morning. I didnt see Ms. Nguyen till that Sunday when she delivered my baby via c section. I was told another doctor would be delivering my baby so it was weird she ended up there after all, all that time I was dying wishing my actual obgyn would I dont know test the damn jug I peed in for days & diagnosed me sooner. Im grateful my daughter was born without any complications at 35 wks but I would honestly not recommend her to anyone.

Went in for an appointment last Tuesday. Nurse Practitioner, cant remember her name, was amazing. Never had an issue with Dr. Nguyen, Tuesday was my 3rd visit in the past 2.5 years. Office staff seems to be incompetent and passes the blame, or perhaps Dr. Nguyen isnt signing off on the tests like I was told the 5th time I called the office. Every time was a different reason why I have yet to receive a call about my test results. I find it very unprofessional and uncaring to leave your patients waiting for infromation, especially when I was told I should have results around Thursday. Office manager, Judy (I believe her name is), has yet to return my call and I left her message on Friday. Seems like they dont really care about their patients. Just a professional looking in from the outside. Ill never return to this office due them dropping the ball so significantly with just a phone call. Couldnt imagine if I were actually having a baby. Imagine that ball dropped.
