Oh my... Edward M who was the man who answered the phone was horrible to me. When he picked up the phone i said " Hey, are you guys taking any patients" he asked how I referred and asked what I was calling for, I politely replied because I wanted to be evaluated and stated that it was a ptsd related and he rudely responded "Yeah, not taking any new patients and then hung up on me... Mentioning my issue isnt easy for me and to treat me like that hurt a bit... what an ass.

I have seen Dr. Smith on and off for many years. He has helped me deal with many life issues. He has a wonderful method of listening and guiding you to find the answers. His staff is attentive and helpful and make it a very relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend Dr.Smith to help guide you through lifes challenges.

First impressions... As another poster wrote, the receptionist lacks some tact. I wouldnt go here, based on an initial negative impression. Also, they are not interested in people with Aetna Insurance.
