This is a professional and comfortable setting. The front desk is very polite and soft spoken. The staff is completely non-judgmental. It is a very safe environment. Jenny West and Lisa Ditmer are very educated and kind individuals and are the only two existing specialists that I have had the pleasure to work with. Jenny is more compassionate, caring, and a kind-hearted spirit and Lisa is more of a matter of fact personality, an excellent listener and asks great questions which can be extremely helpful in getting another persons point of view/angle on a situation. I have nothing but respect for this establishment. Highly recommended. The office is a bit dated, but the rooms are very comfortable, private, and low lighted.
