Dr. Mann uses a variety of techniques including exercise for warmups before adjustments, strength training (weights, elastic bands, running, cycling, walking, pushups and more!), heat, cold, electrical (TENS units), massage, stretching, myofascial release, and Graston Technique to break up tissues under the skin to restore range of motion. Dr. Mann is a one stop shop! I came to Dr. Mann with limited range of motion, pain and stiffness in my neck. I looked forward to every session and working out and regained some of the range of motion in my neck and with an enormous reduction of much of the pain. This is a huge win for me as I was considering looking into surgery. Additionally, Dr. Mann was able to use the Graston technique on my knees around the IT band. I am 46 this year and am competing in three 1/2 IronMan competitions with no more IT band issues. I was hoping for and looking for the best and I think I found him - Dr. Travis Mann!

Dr. Mann has been my chiropractor of choice for years. He and his staff have always been exceptionally effective and enjoyable. Yes thats right, I said enjoyable. Which counts a lot given that recovery is probably 60% attitude and 40% exercise. Who are we kidding, its more like 90% attitude and getting treatment from this team is idontwanna repellent.
