This place is HARD to find. Seriously as much as I thought I would be okay; I was totally wrong. Now I am sure that the staff here is used to the typical geriatric client getting lost and having to flag them in. When a 20 something tech savvy guy walked in the door and apologized for getting lost they must have thought I was a idiot – only partially true. I could not disagree with the reviewer below more. The staff were overly accommodating. I was in the waiting room just long enough to fill out my paperwork before being asked to come in back to see the doctor. Despite being late (my own fault) Dr. Kolling came right in and got to work. He went over everything before he did it and took time to recommended adjustments to my daily life to reduce stress to my body. Being my first time with a chiropractor I am very impressed. After the adjustments (about 20 minutes) I went in to see Carrie for a follow up massage and further adjustment. My first thought was “they only employ really attractive people here.” Once she started my second thought was… “insurance pays for this? Awesome!” End result, very happy with the entire process, and would absolutely recommend.

Dr. Richard Rice was very professional and incredibly precise in his treatment. Hes a gifted chiropractor who has had many years of adjusting patients. The staff was very friendly and spoke both English and Spanish. I was very appreciative of the offices speed and ability to get me in and out of the clinic on multiple occasions. The other great thing is that they are affordable for patients like me and they do not try to milk you for services that you do not need. I am very pleased with Dr. Richard Rice and his entire staff. Thank you.

When I took appointment they said its next Thursday .. after I reach there on Thursday they said its going to be next Thursday. After a week during the appointment day I was about about provide my information .. then they took my insurance and said they are out of network with Cigna insurance and I have to pay $65 out of pocket.. after multiple hops it was a disaster. I am done

I dont know what these other people did to piss off the staff, but I have had nothing less than great experiences. ALL of the massage staff is phenomenal. Dr. Scott is magic worker. My back has felt so much better since I have started going here. I highly recommend and make the drive from Richardson, because no practice compares out here.

The staff is extremely unhelpfull and rude! We asked them to resubmit a claim to our insurance because it was done wrong in the first place and they lied about resubmitting it!
