Quality People AND Quality Care! Its not often you get the perfect mix of BOTH quality people and care - usually you get one or the other. Every member of the Staff goes out of their way to help you reach your optimal health. Everyone encourages you and truly wishes for you to reach a healthy state where you dont need to come see them every week! No one has ever made me feel like I was just another patient who needed a one-size-fits all solution. And absolutely no one there acts like they dont want to be there. They are there for YOU. Donny helps me understand each exercise and why its beneficial to me and how to make sure Im doing it right. He makes me believe I can do anything. Ashlie simply knows everything - she has never not had an answer or explanation about something - she really knows her job. She remembers everyone and everything and always makes sure you are okay. Shannon really knows her stuff, too, and has great solutions/suggestions for anything that will make my life easier/better. Not only from a medical perspective, but from a common sense healthy-mind-and-body perspective. She treats the whole person. Then there is Dr. Joe...there are no words to describe what a blessing he has been to me. He goes way ABOVE AND BEYOND everything to not only help me improve physically but to have the very best quality of life possible. Again, treating the whole person, not just the hard protective shell. Dr. Joe works hard - too hard - but he puts his heart into everyone and everything and I have never met a medical professional that has more knowledge and experience than he has. He never halfway does anything - he goes for ALL and puts in his heart and time, even if you dont. This is not just a facility to help you spend insurance benefits. This is a FAMILY who genuinely cares about the patients who go to them for help. Everyone cares about you and truly wants you to succeed - as a WHOLE PERSON.

Place isnt great anymore. New management and organization. Not impressed. They are all about the business side. Try to book you as many appointments as possible as soon as you go in there. Least amount of treatment is 4 weeks and they want you in there nearly every day "for your benefit". I support rehabilitation takes time and commitment, but be more realistic. You can sense they are trying to bill you for everything they can! And they sure did as soon as they found out I am a fortunate patient with phenomenal health insurance. Their hours are tough for anyone who is working and injured AND whom they feel should be attending 3-4 days a week for physical therapy and recovery. I also received a mail-in prescription of ointment that continues to come in boxes of 4 or 5 at a time each month (more business for all involved) that they bill my insurance and I certainly have not needed all this amount. They verified my co-pay and co-insurance as soon as I started going again (but under new management and "original" owners). I made consistent co-payments every visit and now their billing department is sending me bills that I still owe them money. Seems incredibly fishy. When you bill at me more than $350/hour (thats right folks! $155 for an office visit, $200 "therapeutic exercises" plus several other incidentals), I expect far more than this. Its too much. This place lost its small-town feel and its all corporate. Im not going back here anymore.

I originally started with Core because not only was my insurance accepted there but they had hours to 7pm in the evening. I was able to go after work and not have to take time off. Ive been a patient with Core Physical Medicine in Coppell for 5 years and have seen many changes but they have been positive changes. I love the whole team and would trust them with any issues I have. The PT team is great to work with and very energetic and motivating. They get the job done without you realizing you are doing all the work. I have an back adjustment at least once a month and more if necessary. I always feel much better when I leave. This is a great organization and they care for all the patients professionally and personally. I trust them so much that everyone in my family goes to Core for 1 reason or another. Thanks Core for bringing me back from my injuries over the years.

I was referred to Core after I was in a car accident. The staff was wonderful and so pleasant from the moment I walked in until I left. Dr. Schnappauf was amazing!! He explained everything in great detail and truly cared about my injury and getting my treatment plan together. I had my young daughter with me and everybody was great with her as well. I was treated like I was a part of the family. Core definitely exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them to everybody. Its not easy finding people that truly care about their patients, but at Core....they make sure to fully take care of you!!!

The team in the Coppell office is amazing. They really do care about you as a person and not just another number. They pay very close attention to where you are at physically and your needs and dont ignore the little things. I very much appreciate how willing they are to listen and help. After two back surgeries and a few trips to the emergency room, the team at Coppell has gone above and beyond to make sure I get to where I need to be physically. I would recommend them to everyone.

I CAN STAND AGAIN!!! Thanks to Dr. Klotz and his excellent team my back pains have disappeared! Its a miracle! I thought I was cursed to live a life of pain until I met Dr. Klotz. I am finally free to enjoy the things I used to do before my back troubles. I feel free again. Core Physical Therapy has been a God-Send! I will continue to recommend Core, Dr. Klotz, and his fantastic staff to everyone I know.

I love this place! Core fixed my neck & back after I was in a car accident. The staff is always wonderful. Dr. Schnappauf & Dr. Ward are always amazing!! I highly recommend core to everybody. Its hard to find doctors that treat you with such care and have a great attitude! Anytime I am broken and in pain they can always fix me! :)

Establishing a personal relationship is very important And at Core the staff if beyond great. Every step of the way towards my rehabilitation I was nutured and made aware of every process that was applied which in return relaxed me mentally allowing me to focus with ease. They are the best.
