I made an appointment and when i showed they said i was not scheduled! So i made a new appointment and had an emergency which did not allow me to make it to their office. Well low and behold i received a bill for two no shows. So i called and spoke with the office manager who accused me of abusing the first person i spoke to verbally. In addition would not listen to me and accused me of changing my "story" she then made comments to the effect that i was lying and also said they dont just magically put my information for an appointment in their system. Continuing with the doctors time being valuable where as she didnt seem to feel my time was equally valuable! Maybe the doctor is good but dealing with the doctors staff, well i will find another doctor as the office manager suggested which at this point will be my pleasure!

Great doctor. Have been seeing him for many years. Got to be friends through all that time. I just cant deal with his staff anymore. You can never get a return phone call for anything. Today I was lied to right to my face about some referrals. Like I said before Dr. Recio is a great doctor and great person. I am looking for a new pcp which Im sure will suit his staff just fine.

Great staff and helpful. Not a long waiting time and the doctors cut down to the chase and give great advice they are really friendly and is great for Spanish speakers
