I have never placed a bad review before and well its 2/26/13 that I went to see the doctor.. First off first time going to this doctor, was not friendly at all.. not even a handshake to myself nor wife.. First impressions is what counts in all fields..I went with my concerns on my condition and didnt really answer any of my questions at all... just said wanted to do blood work... I have yet to hear back from anyone. I called and havent head back.. Thank God I have online access to results and that is all communcation this doc has had.. Oh well guess grass is not greener on the other side.. If you want a doctor that is not friendly, seemed rushed to get you out, doesnt really answer your concerns then this Doc is your man... This is my first negative review I just dont want you to head out to a Doc that seems all he cares about is the paycheck he will get from my insurance.. Thanks..

This clinic is consistently understaffed, and over booked. The staff from the front desk to the doctors are typically rude, non-responsive to patients input, and difficult to deal with. On one visit after being 15 minutes early to the appointment time after my vitals were taken I wait 2 hours without being seen by anyone. I walked out and asked for my copay back due to not being seen. The front desk refused to give the copay back and was going to bill my insurance for a no-show appointment. Once I communicated to them that I would report all of them for insurance fraud they agreed not to bill the insurance but "were unable to" give me the co-pay back since I payed with a debit card. If you dare darken the door of this butcher shop then prepare to wait and be "treated" poorly. I will not even attempt to cover the lack of customer service that the staff at the pharmacy give.

Doc tells me to take two aspirin a day for a freaking lump under my skin. Wow. No explanation or anything. Shouldnt test be ran for a freaking lump if youre not going to explain or rule out anything?
