Went with my wife for her GI appointment yesterday (01/14/2014). I wanted my wife to see a specialist for her problem to provide advice and guidance in prevent future attacks. Despite being the first patient appointment of the morning we still waited 45 minutes before we were taken to the exam room. An MA we could barely understand reviewed the medical forms and told us the doctor would want to order two tests and began asking us about payment. We interrupted asking how tests would be ordered without even meeting the doctor or having an exam; she said she would get the doctor. The doctor came in asked a couple of questions told my wife to finish the antibiotics shes currently taking and come back in a month for a colonoscopy, spending a total of 8 minutes with us. No exam was performed and no information was given. Complete waste of $245 and an hour of our lives. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. She was very nice and polite but her performance as an doctor in examination and diagnosis was embarrassing. Chad Everett Owner - Texas Health & Wellness

Doctor was pleasant enough but her receptionist was really really unhelpful. I had questions about the prep work that is needed for a procedure and she proceeded to answer then. I asked her if she was a nurse because I was really wanting to talk to a nurse. She told me "no but she was a consultant". I asked if doctor or nurse could call me back, she tell me she couldnt guarantee it because my questions were so not something the doctor would consider worthwhile. She was combative and aggressive because I wanted to talk to a nurse or the doctor. Due to a poor receptionist/consultant I would have to give the doctors office and overall experience a three stars... the doctor and the nurses were great that I talked to in office but that once receptionist, really really piss poor with a bad attitude in dealing with patients/consumers. update: I did call back and I talked to another person who was more then helpful and appropriately responsive to my questions. So I will put it up to four stars.

Horrible. First visit she maybe spent 3 mins with me. She ordered a test but didnt explain to me how to do or what to do. Then they lost my results so I had to call the lab that actually did it so they told me my results. She also prescribed me a medication that can not be taken with my other medication which I brought that up to her at the appointment but she said it was fine. It wasnt. This doctor is not good. I do not recommend

Simply Horrible. Performed procedure but sent labs to out of network pathologist affiliated with her and did not disclose to me. Got a $5500 bill for 3 test when it would have been no copay in network. Filed complaints on her and the lab for violating my patients rights and conflicts of interest. AVOID HER!!!!
