I am quite skeptical of doctors due to my past experience of feeling like cattle being herded in and out, not being listened to and having to tell them what is in my chart - a good indicator that they didnt look at my chart, nor took the time to consider all options and not just treat whatever symptom led me to their office that day. That is the exact opposite of my experience with this office. Dr. Lim and her office staff are so nice and helpful. Very attentive and neither I nor my husband have ever waited more than 5 minutes past our appt time to see her. She is very thorough and listens to everything you have to say. She asks questions about things that you might not have considered and in general, just has the best personality that stays professional but lets you know that she really does care. I never write reviews about other doctors if those reviews are negative because that doctor may work well with someone else. However, I am very particular and expect a great deal from someone who has my health in their hands. I would never recommend a health care professional unless I felt they would make a dramatic difference in someones life. I do trust my health to her implicitly and that is a very rare thing for me to say about any medical doctor.

I too am very skeptical of people and as such.....I listen and look....Dr. Lim from the initial consultation won me over.....she took the time. ..showed the concern. ..made excellent plans of treatment. ...discussed the treatment plan...followed through. ...She has a wonderful smile that exudes confidence and professionalism. ....in short.. .....SHE CARES...as a side note the Administrative Staff....very pleasant. ..very courteous. ...very professional. ..and always greets with a smile and a sense of concern. ...I have received 100% of their time and attention. .....as needed....If you have concerns that would require her expertise. ...I can only say ....SHE KNOWS WHAT SHE IS DOING AND CARES ABOUT YOU ... NOT SO MUCH AS A PAYING CUSTOMER .... BUT AS AN INDIVIDUAL IN NEED OF HER MEDICAL SPECIALITY. ....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. ....
