Love the Joint. Quick and effective. Ive never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen by a doctor. No messing with appointments or insurance. Very reasonable prices. They offer packages so you can get regular checkups. A good investment in your health. Both the doctor and front desk lady were very friendly and explained everything. Ive gone to several other Joints in the Collin County area, they all seem to have the same quality of chiropractic care, so they are the go to choice for my familys chiro care. The "exam room" is just one large open room, and there may be another patient in there at the same time, unlike the more traditional chiropractor offices. Tip: drink plenty of water after your adjustment. Tip: wear loose clothing.

I love The Joint Richardson! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. They have convienent hours that allow me to go every week and get adjusted. I usually go on the weekends bc Im too busy during the week and I always get in to see the doctor within minutes. Even though the adjustments go very quickly, I always feel that the doctor listens to all my concerns and tries to find a way to help me. Great prices too! The monthly fee includes 4 visits, so you can go weekly and not go broke. Thanks to all the people who work there and take so good of me!

Historically Ive been satisfied with all of the Joint locations. Just tired of being asked to do packages. I finally did one month and Im annoyed because of asked when it ended. I remember being told I could come up until labor day weekend but then I came on the first when I signed up on the 30th and they wouldnt even make sure that I got the benefit of having more than paying two sessions for $70 so Im annoyed.

Straight-forward, friendly environment. Dr. Bass was awesome! I heard about The Joint from co-workers and family. Ive never been a fan of going to a chiropractor. However, in the last two years I found myself seeking one out. I visited the Renner Road location and was not disappointed. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I highly recommend.
