I love the staff up there veronica is a good person she listens and hes always happy and very kind person whos always smiling. Dr. Turner is amazing I love him he listens he is very diligent about his practice thorough and he teach his patients how to care for themselves to make them better. Dr story is also amazing who is friendly kind and is very serious about his patients. He also teaches and inform his patients about the equipment and what it does and what body part it helps. The whole staff altogether including the interns are always kind patient and caring and that itself speaks for a well ran practice and I personally would refer all to this chiropractor office. Because great customer service and caring for others goes a long way.

First I want to give a Big Hug to the staff at this location in Richardson-Garland office Dr. Bill and his AMAZING!!!! staff (Alyssa, Jenny, Dominick and the new guy (Tony) and I cant forget Rachel you all made me feel so Special. Very caring and accommodating with my situation and that in its self speaks volume. I was in pain when I walked into this location and with the physical therapy and adjustments and my favorite (John the electric sander) i can turn my head a little and lift my arm. Surprising to me after reading all the excellent reviews that this clinic does not support veterans. They do no accept the Tri-Care program which is set up for Chiropractic outpatient treatment for Veterans that can be seeing by the VA Hospital on timely bases. I assume profit beats patriotism and personal sacrifice once again. Its a shame specially after the toll the last 10 years has taken on so many of us. I only ask for us that served to avoid this location if possible of course. Lets be loyal to the businesses that support our needs. Thank you.

Walking into the clinic for the first time I noticed how clean the waiting room looked and how friendly and caring Veronica the receptionist was. Both doctors have a heart for taking care of others. Their humble demeanors and professionalism are shown through their work. I definitely trust them to take care of any issues with my head, neck and shoulders. I enjoyed my time at Richardson/Garland Injury Rehab! Dr. Bill and his staff are great! Everyone was so friendly and always made sure I was doing okay with my injuries. The rehabilitation wasnt always easy as they really are trying to help you recover, but the staff made the atomosphere fun and more enjoyable. Id definitely recommend others who have been injured due to a work or a car accident to choose this exact location, they take really good care of you.

The staff makes sure to assist you in all your therapy needs and genuinely cares about your progress. The facility is clean and organized and plenty of staff to individually help you with all your needs.
