After I got injured last year, I had gone to my old Chiropractor for 2 months and there was not any improvement where I have injured. I was refer to McKinney Injury Rehab & Chiropractic by a person knew them, and Dr. Thuy Nguyen, D.C; knew right away that something was wrong with me not getting better after seeing the chiropractor for 2 months since the injury, and she ordered necessary support product, order MRI. Good thing I went to MRI, they found out what was wrong with my injure and I got to see the specialist. With her quick and right recommendations, and my rehabilitation exercise created for me, Im getting a lot better and I continue to get better. The staffs are very friendly and very nice, too. When I go there, I feel like Im visiting my close friends or my relatives. I am very thankful to find this office and I highly recommend people who are not only need the Chiropractic care, but for those people who are injured.

Love Mckinney Injury and Rehab! It takes a lot to say you "Love" your physical therapy and rehab team, but here at Mckinney Injury and Rehab the Team is Very Kind, Knowledgeable, understanding, and Pro active. I have been coming here for about two months and am already seeing a huge difference in the way I feel, I finally have a diagnosis and a treatment plan, a goal to get me back to my old healthy, happy, pain free self. Dr. Nguyen and her staff are so attentive. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with smiles. I have never been involved in a motor vehicle accident so I was lost on how the process worked. They made my time with them easy and stress free. They helped me find an attorney and walked me through my treatment plan always patient to answer all the questions I had. I have never met a more respectable clinic. For anyone in the McKinney or Allen area I recommend this clinic and their staff for treatment.

The facility is immaculately designed centering around the comfort of a patient and or visitor. I felt an overwhelming sense of relaxation when I entered. The entire staff here is incredible. Everyone worked as a team to help me get back to my normal state. I never felt rushed during my rehab and everyone was caring and concerned for my health. After each session I felt better and better and I never wanted the last session to come and unfortunately it did. If you are looking for a team that cares for your health and looks to get you back on your own two feet happier and healthier, then this is the place to go. You wont regret it.

The staff is awesome! They always greet you by name and are very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Phone support is second to none. They are very flexible and understanding to scheduling and appointment changes. The entire process has been great. Its not often you feel you will miss the people you work with in a rehab setting when you are finished, but you will feel that way after working with the great people at McKinney rehab and chiropractic.

The guys are very professional and friendly. Also very flexible when it comes to scheduling. Thuy Nguyen is great and very prompt with administrative stuff like employer communications and eased all that back and forth tremendously for me. I ask a lot of very detailed general and technical questions about both my PT and diagnostics from referred specialists and she is patient and thorough in explaining things.

At one of my lowest points ever in life, this place made me feel good about myself and has helped me heal emotionally and physically.
