I have never felt more humiliated in all my life. I needed to see Dr Field for blurry vision due to allergies. She was very sweet and professional and wanted me to try new contacts that will allow my eyes to breath and not feel dry and achy. Two weeks later, my vision was blurry again. I can honestly say I could not drive at night. My I sight was very limited. So I called Dr Fields office to speak directly to her, but I was told she is seeing a patient and what did I need to speak with her about. I explained politely to the receptionist Nancy why I needed to speak with Dr Field and requested to make an appointment ASAP. Nancy calls me back and tells me I dont need to make an appointment and that Dr. Field was going to give me a different pair of contacts to try out. But she does not have any in stock and will call me when she gets some in. Will, today is Wednesday and I have not heard from Dr Field. When I called to ask how long do I have to wait for those contacts, I was not giving an answer. So I asked to speak with Dr Field Directly. Right away I was attacked with unnecessary howl from Nancy the receptionist and then hangs up in my face. I am sadden to witness and report such "rude" customer service. I had the option to see many Eye Doctors that are in network with my insurance but choose to see Dr Field based on a friend recommendation. Dr. Field I hope you know how ugly your staff treat your patients.

I came in on a Saturday and gave my insurance information to conform the amount I will have to pay out of pocket to have an eye exam and contact exam. I was told $10.00 by Brittany. I made an appointment for the following Monday. The doctor was great and explained everything to me as she was preforming the test. But once the exam was over with, Brittany told me my visit was $70.00. I informed her what she had told me on Saturday and she said that it did not include the contact exam and the $60.00 was my co-pay for that. Im very upset with the office staff. They did not tell me that when I made my appointment. This is not my first visit to the office and they have records showing glass and contacts from before too.

I saw Dr. Field for the first time yesterday. She listened to me attentively, and answered all my questions and explained all my problems with vision very thoroughly. I was VERY pleased with her and with the service of her office staff, who were very helpful and kind. I didnt even know that my Medicare supplement may cover some of the visit, and the cost she charged was very small compared to any other vision specialist Ive visited in the past decade. Ill definitely go back! I highly recommend her.

Both doctors at field eye care are great. They go out of their way to help you find the best contacts for your specific needs. They take their time with patients. I had to try out 3 different types of contacts over a month period to find the right ones for me that wouldnt dry out my eyes. They didnt charge me for this process after the initial visit and were patient until I found the perfect brand for me. Thank you guys. Ive been a long time patient and I appreciate and recommend you.
