Horrible service. Every time I have ever been here it is terrible. I saw my doctors receptionist call it in, then she told me it will be ready in about 15 to 20 min. I said thats what you think.. So I went and ate took about an hour, then when I got there the lady says, "They just called it in" LIE. " and it will be 2 hrs. So 4 hrs later they called, when I got there, there were 8 cars in the drive thru. took 1 hr to get up to window. She tells me the price $13.34 , and I gave her the $15.34 and the idiot ignores the 34 cents and just makes change and throws it all in the bag. Its not worth saving a dollar for this kind of service. This has happened more than 5 times over the last several years. Do yourself a favor and go to a quality pharmacy or dont say you havent been warned...

I used to spend HOURS waiting on a brand name pharmacy to fill my order. Now the doctor call it in or I call in a refill, and I just wait for a text to tell me when its ready. Most of the time theres no one in line and a few times I may be the 2nd or 3rd person in line. Same for the drive thru. The ladies are pleasant, but you can tell they are busy. I appreciate that they dont want to waste their time chit chatting when theres work to be done. The other person must have been talking about the 2nd location at the Super store, because I have been using this one for at least 6 months and never had an issue.

Never had an issue with service. Cheapest place to get insulin for my dog. I use the drive thru. WAY BETTER service than the walmart on 30 in Rockwall.
