Dr. Cook has been my eye doctor for years. He is a very knowledgeable and very caring doctor. He is genuinely interested in his patients. He spends the time necessary to make sure all their vision needs are met. Dr. Cook is surrounded by a friendly and competent staff.

Dr. Phillip Cook does a great job, Ive been to the "Brand Name" or discount eye places and never got glasses that were just perfect. With Dr. Cook my RX is right on, no peripheral distortion or having to "Get Used To" the new lenses.
