Wahl optical is amazing!! They give me a thorough eye exam and answer any questions that I have. They have so many frames to choose from and they are so helpful helping me decide which frames I should go with. My eyes are a little dry, and they are so accommodating helping me find contacts that are comfortable for me. They also make it so clear explaining what insurance covers and what my responsibility will be. They have such affordable prices... I will never go anywhere else!!!

They have good prices oh there frames but they are cheaply made there make you what there for ever and you will not get the frames you picked out at first they told me mine would be ready in 3 days 3 weeks later I was still waiting for them and I had paid for them got the wrong ones back. I guess the frames I picked and bought broke when trying to put the lens in so they pick a new pair for me mmm no thank you

Ive been going to Wahl Optical for at least 15 years and Ive always have received wonderful service. I now live in Tampa Florida and I still do my eye prescription service with Wahl Optical. The staff is always helpful and always trying to look for my best deal and best pair of eyeglasses for me. You just do not get that kind of service down here. Wahl Optical is a Jewel that I truly miss from Council Bluffs.

Bob is amazing, and so knowledgeable, and we are always treated with respect. Even when the store is busy, my questions are answered as if I was the only customer in the store. I have often just walked in with no appointment and got my issue resolved. The staff is wonderful and get things correct the first time. Thanks so much for getting me the new frames, I love them.

I have been a customer for 10 years. Chanda and Bob are very knowledgeable about their products. When I walked in the door immediately Chanda knew which glasses would look good on me. Bob helped me choose my lens. It only took 30 minutes for the entire process. I love my glasses better than contacts. They are so clear and I dont miss my contacts. Thanks again.

Best service around! I moved away from the area several years ago, but still go back yearly to get my glasses from Wahl Optical. They have the best selection of frames around and are very personable. It is nice to return year after year and for them to have the same staff. Bob does a great job of working with my insurance to maximize my benefits.

Only place ive gone for years now atleast 8 sets of glasses. They have always had the best prices on the frames i like ?(harley davidson and oakleys) and were amazing to work with. Theres not a better place around Bob and chanda are amazing
