HORRIBLE HORRIBLE - TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL - AVOID AVOID AVOID. This doctor is awful. My daughter was seen there and waited a long time to be seen and then was tested for everything imagineable to get the costs up and then all they prescribed was a nasal decongestant and they even called it in after hours so my daughter couldnt even pick it up until the next day. When I called their after hours number, I was able to talk with the nurse practitioner who assured me she would call in a antibiiotic prescription to a 24 hour pharmacy but never did. My daughter drove sick and waited 1-1/2 hours only to learn they werent calling anything in. I called the after hours line back and was told they got ahold of Dr. Gogu and that we would have to call the office back in the morning during regular hours. I asked that they have the doctor call me and was told the doctor would not be calling me back. I was in disbelief. How unprofessional is that. The idea that this doctor doesnt put patient first is disgusting

I wanted a Dr with extended hours and the ability to see my family on an urgent care basis as well as a primary care Dr. I made an appointment for my children to have physicals but the Dr only saw them for a grand total of 5 min each & had them do bloodwork. Then told them to make a follow up appointment to get results. Okay i figured hed spend the time with them then. We made the follow up appointment. Most Drs book 15 minutes per patient. When we arrived the front desk clerk charged us another co-pay. I tried to explain that this was a follow up to the physical and i was quickly told - NO it wasnt. It was a brand new appointment. I paid the co pay for each child and when we got lab results (even though there were some abnormal results) the Dr was still only with them a grand total of 3 minutes. Seems his care is all about the money... Ill be taking my business elsewhere. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I did my check ups and wanted to understand the Lab reports. I had discussed with doctor over phone to undertand the reports. Since I was not clear ,Doctor asked me to visit his office to explain. When I entered to Doctors office, operater asked me to sign in which I didnt do since it was just for reports and I went in and discussed with Doctor and understood lab reports. After few minutes a nurse came in started to check my blood pressure. I told her this was done just 2 days back but she told me incharge of there asked her to do. Now I can understand why it was done as they have to show to insurance about my visit and charge an additinal billing which they did and I had to pay co-pay. According to me this is not fair. As a patient its a duty of the doctor to explain the reports and not charging additional since 1st visit only billing is high.

we visited Dr Gogu for my husband. He sprained his neck. We were new to the city and did not have insurance then. He checked and gave some pain killer. After 1 week also my husband had same pain. We called in just to check if the dosage of the pain killer is correct or we have to increase the dosage. The lady told us that the Dr. does not speak to anyone over the phone and we have to visit him. REALLY !! just to check the dosage we have to visit him..... and of course visiting means again paying. This place is all about money... They will force you to visit the dr. just for small little things, which I think is not correct, the dr. is supposed to answer any kind of doubts related to medicine he prescribed. He was professional and staff was also nice but they just want to get money whatever way possible. I would say AVOID this place.

Totally sucked. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We waited over an hour past or assigned appointments. Their excuse was they had to verify insurance. The doctor stepped in the room, spent massive 3 minutes really didnt say much of anything that was relevant or that could be understood. Then the nurse came back and told us we had to schedule a follow up. Now my insurance plan covers follow up appointments at no cost, but they charged us for a regular appointment. the second appointment, we waited almost an hour as well. And this dipshit of a doctor didnt tell us anything we didnt already read from the blood test results we got in poor email. Will never go back to this office.

We love Dr. Gogu I take my entire family of six to his office. We love that you can get everything from x-rays, annual checkups, to lab work done right there, without the hassle of going to many didnt offices. I had to do this in the passed and its so time consuming. Another convenience Dr Gogu offers is a no appointment needed (Walk-in clinic). We absolutely love going to see him when its convenient for us. They do also make appointments, if thats what you want. We highly recommend him, as an urgent care as well as a primary care giver. Gogu is the prefect place to go, for all of you medical needs.

Avoid this quack like the plague. My son returned from summer camp on a Saturday with a badly infected toe nail. Since it was a Saturday we went to this Quacks minor emergency clinic. Dr. Quacko soaked his foot in a plastic bucket with iodine and water and prescribed antibiotics and wanted us to return in a week. The SOB cared more about getting a return visit and billing us than fixing this emergency situation. We went directly to the emergency room where they removed the toenail on the spot and asked why we didnt come in sooner. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible doctor!! I have some serious health issues and need to see specialist. I see several of them. He did not want to send me and started arguing with me right away. I have seen a lot of doctors over the years this is one of the worst. He clearly does not care about the patient only the money. Just wanted to run blood test and write it off. Did not want to prescribe the proper medication either. He also laughed in my face rudely told me he could not help me with a specialist. He is a quack! I would not recommend him to anyone and he should not be allowed to be a doctor.

Dr. Gogu and his staff are probably the nicest people I have ever met at a medical facility. I had fevers, temperature, night sweats, and failure to thrive for a while and luckily Dr. Gogu ran some blood work and diagnosed me with a curable form of leukemia. I am grateful to Dr. Gogu for saving my life and will continue to see him as my PCP and will recommend anybody to go here as you will not find a more nice and intelligent physician out there as this guy has an MBA and PhD in addition to his medical degree. Thank you Dr. Gogu!!!!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I went to him for flu/strep. The wait was terrible - as bad as a public Emergency Room. Then when I did get in, he wanted to run a full set of bloodwork analysis, and some other crazy tests. He acted completely disinterested in me, his only concern was running up the medical bills and soaking my insurance for all that he could. This guy is probably the worst doctor Ive seen in my life - and thats saying a lot, I used to be in the military. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
