Horrible place to been care at. I had phone recordings proving the bad and horrible people this clinic is. I dont have insurance so i paid cash every time i went there so one day i was 5 minutes late and when i walk to the lobby the lady said you are late so they cancell the appointment with dr geralde. Then she said Rudy can see you but only for my sinus problem now keep in mind i was going to see the dr for reading my labs result and my sinus. So she said Rudy was gonna see me just for sinus and i need it to come again for my labs reading. Keep in mind folks i dont have insurance and lots of money to be coming to the dr anytime. So i told the lady i was gonna re schedule so i pay for only one visit and take care for both of my concerns. Then pass days i called cus my sinus got worse and they told me i had to pay $50 for no show. Which i did show up. I told the horrible manager named silvia the situation and i said WHY when i said i was gonna reschedule the girl never told me i was gonna be charge. Common sense is if she tells me that i was gonna be charge $50 I would have paid the other $30 so I could go and see the doctor cuz they charged me$ 80 so she never told me anything until I made my call to do my appointment. It was ridiculous they dont inform the customers about anything. So I told the lady okay Im going to pay the $50 because they will not make you the appointment unless you pay everything its about money Folks. So I told the lady I was going to see the doctor for my sinus and to read labs and I also told her that I was going to talk to the doctor and tell the doctor what these people were doing to the patients like me keep in mind I was talking to Sylvia that horrible person. i told her i was gonna show the dr. The recordings so he see it. she told me she dont care. So the day before my appointment this woman Sylvia call me and tells me that my doctor is not going to see me no more that my doctor refuse to see me and that I could be seen by somebody else I dont know who she never say who so I told this lady or this monster maybe I should say that I was sick and that I wanted to see my doctor and that the didnt have no reason to refuse to see me I havent even talked to him and tell him the truth my side of the story so this woman tells me that she already talked to him and told him what she says her side of the story was. So she mastermind the way for me not to see the doctor and for the doctor choose not to see me. She knew that they could have got in trouble. Tell me people if you want to have a doctor that dont care that youre sick that you got asthma that you got the flu making your breathing worse dont have the breathing inhaler and I am telling this to this monster woman named Sylvia the one that runs that place and her answer was my friends in recording because my phone records that she didnt care that I was sick people this is insane be aware do not go there. Not only that folks but I was going to show the doctor where when I pay cash because when I ask how much is my visit they tell me a price and I pay it with my credit card every time I go because remember they will not see you unless you pay even before you walk to see the doctor so after the fact that you already went and this happened to me many times not only to me but to my boyfriend to my kids everytime we go its a surprise they tell you what price and then they send you a bill over the mail telling you you owe them money and then thats not at fault if you dont pay what they say you are you dont get to see that doctor because they want the money first even if you argue with them that thats impossible to be old when they already collected the money before you even went to see the doctor. It is very sad that a person thats supposed to care and had a oath to protect and care about others that are sick dont care about you, me or anybody. Lying to the customers charging charges that didnt supposed to be there is deceptive practice by law.. go see another doctor folks theres a lot of good Drs. Out there that cares more.

I was just told "I completely understand if you would like to find another DR", from the office manager, after calling Dr Geraldes nurse Jessica for a week and a half regarding a culture I left at the office in MAY!!! I went in and was supposed to be treated for an upper respiratory infection and Geraldes PA said he wanted to wait to see if I got worse before he prescribed, mind you I am a cancer patient and had green thick mucus I was bringing up. He told me he would swab me and and that was not done. A urine culture was supposed to be collected to make sure I did not have a UTI since I was on major meds for cancer treatment and that wasnt done. I walked out and I figured they were going to have labcorp or someone call me. After not hearing anything I was told both were to be collected when I went in to be seen so I had to pay another copay and went to the 151 office and left culture there, (The office is just as bad), they said that i did not leave enough which I know is insane the darn cup was filled. Then I go back to Stone Oak office, leave another one, and they never get that one either. I have enjoyed this office, but that is a lot for me to go through in just 2 months, Jessica has not returned my calls for a week and a half and that is unacceptable. The office manager just told me that the same antibiotic that treated the sinus infection also treated the UTI that I never found out I had. Why couldnt the nurse just tell me that in the beginning so I wouldnt have to be worrying? Horrible customer service!! Call ends with office manager saying: "I understand if you want to find another DR". How iprofessional and what a SNOB!!!

Let me start off by saying I had him for about 4 or 5 years and it was fine. I thought he was a good Dr. but as his clientele grew so did his ego. I havent actually seen him in 3 years and I go at least a few times a year.(always saw his PA or his incompetent nurse Kevin, nice guy though) but once there is a mess up in billing it all goes down hill! Horrible service! They dont call you, they just send you a letter! Dr. Geralde is an arrogant prick! Has absolutely no bedside manner! Told me "Good Boy" over the phone like I was a dog! Their billing is all screwed up! They say one thing and then do another! There are plenty a better doctors in the stone oak area!
