I was referred by a family member to check out this place. Not only was it difficult finding them on Google maps, though after I was considerate enough to let them know 15 minutes in advance I was running late; I shared what my google maps arrival time was the doctor kindly told me to take my time getting there safely. Yet, when I arrived I received a curt response from the receptionist and did not feel welcomed. It makes it really difficult for me to want to reschedule even though the doctor seemed nice on the phone. I hope you do not have a similar experience as I.

Its extremely frustrating that Ive called multiple time and no one answers the phone. After several attempts, the receptionist answers in an unprofessional manner and then processed to hang up on me. If this is a representation of the how Dr. Amy Shivone runs her practice, Id rather go somewhere else.
