*See UPDATE below* The wait is RIDICULOUS! 2+ hours of wait time just to see the doc for roughly 10 minutes. Oh ya, AND you have to pay for parking.... AND the bathrooms are disgusting. And the waiting room is dirty, floor is dirty, room stinks. I wish I could comment and say doc was great despite all this but I wouldnt know. Didnt spend enough time with him. UPDATE: My child has had 2 visits with him and on the second visit I spent roughly 15 minutes with the doctor. He was kind, patient, informative and attentive while I was talking to him. But its very difficult to get the time to speak with him. We still waited 2+ hours to talk to him on this second visit. Im changing my reviews to 3 instead of 2 stars because the time spent with the doctor was a good experience.

I would love to say something positive, if I could pull anything at all I would. I was given this number by my doctors office and told no referral was needed. So I called for an appointment 2 weeks ago. The lady was very polite, asked for all of my teenagers information, birthday, health insurance info, name, etc. She then mentioned she would verify everything and call back to schedule an appt. A few days went by but I understand businesses are busy so no problem. But I called back just now after 2 weeks of no call and was told to call back later just so they can look it up. Huh??? ... Ok... I am starting to believe that Ive compromised my childs information. Not sure what is going on there, it just doesnt seem... Normal

Visiting this office was the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. The appointment times were over 3 hours, which I will admit, I was warned about. However, all of that time was spent with my child in the waiting room. I thought I would be waiting alone while he evaluated my child, but he saw my child for no more than 10 minutes at then end of two separate 3 hour long appointments. Im not a professional psychologist by any means, but that did not seem like an adequate amount of time for a proper diagnosis. The staff wasnt very friendly or attentive either. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

You leave messages , they dont call back . You spend 5 minutes giving all your childs info and they say they will call back in 24-48 hours . They havent called me back and I will not call them as it I shouldnt have to chase them down . Red flag . Going elsewhere.

I called for a appointment for my daughter, they said a few days and never called me for a appointment that is bullshit good writtens i found another doctor very unpro thats my perspective of it!
