Switched to Dr Rife when my twins where 2 only to find out when they turned 3.5 that they had missed the chicken pox shot I told them I needed to get up to date and they talked down to me like I dont know what am talking about, I tried to make appointment and was told just wait until they turn 4 but I could not wait as they were in daycare. The doctors office did not want to help me so went to new doctor and was told that they did indeed miss their shot and that day they where giving the shot. I was more than happy to pay out of pocket to make sure they were up to date. My problem was how did they go 2 years without anyone even the doctor noticing that they were missing shots. Another time my child had stuck something up their nose was told by Dr Rife that she was could not get it out and I needed to go to another doctor to have it removed went home and was able to get it out myself just by making them blow their nose and without having to pay $1000 to have it removed by the other doctor.

The staff is outstanding. The main nurse (I cant remember his name and thats ashame) is always so nice and professional and makes every visit so much easier. Dr Singh is fantastic. She really listens and helps to answer all questions I may have. Shes a fantastic doctor and has provided us with nothing short of stellar care for my son since he was 2 months old and he is now 2.5 years old. She is very kind and has been so supportive on my parenting journey. The office staff is also amazing. I had many problems with our medical insurance this past year and the staff really worked very hard to make sure everything was covered properly so we werent stacked with medical bills. Office waits are never very long and weve always been able to get an appointment and if my son was really ill they would immediately fit us in. If youre looking for a new pediatrician I highly suggest them!!!!

My initial experiences with this facility were ok but once my child developed food allergies the facilitys support quickly went down hill. The Dr has always argued with me about her having food allergies, even though it runs in the family and I was actually told by the Dr that the severe stomach cramps, eczema outbreaks and blisters on her butt were not a good enough reason to not feed her the foods she reacts to (she was skin tested at allergist so we know what to avoid). THEN when I tried getting her records to have for the vacation we were going on they decided that since "by law we have 2 weeks to get them to you" they would do just that and take 2 weeks to fax me her records. Shes not 2 yet and only goes for wellness plus 3 times for other things so its not like it should take that long. They are not supportive or friendly when you need things for your child.

Its unfortunate that we will never get a chance to meet Dr.Singh.. The reason is that her front office, namely Marcy, was so uncooperative and not friendly when we tried to enroll our new born for a well- child visit. When I called Dr. Singhs office, I got Marcy, who was not friendly, argumentative. uncooperative and hesitant to work with me on the insurance front for my new born...btw, I work for a great company with great insurance. So rather than take a trip down that road, I called TX Children, who not only congratulated me on my newborn, but was also friendly and business savvy enough to know that new borns take about a week, up to 30 days, for insurance to kick in. Just a matter of principle, be nice and know who and what youre talking about.... Dr. Singh, get a new front office, Im sorry we never got a chance to meet you.

Dr. Singh has always been amazing for my two boys and the office always finds a way to get my boys seen. I do make sure to see her specifically due to not being confident in some of the newer doctors who dont have as much experience. I will say that there has been a few misdiagnosis issues but only due to the office not having a high powered microscope like a dermatologist would, and it was something rare. Heather the head nurse is awesome and the entire staff always works with me when Im at work and my nanny has to take the boys in for me.

My 5 children have been seen by Dr. Singh for 15 years. She is one of the best doctors I have ever known. She always has time to explain things. Highly recommended.

Terrible, after a year using them we will be changing pediatricians. The only good one is Dr Suffridge that moved to the Cypress office.
