I have gone to this office for over 16 years with my son. I chose this office after having the opportunity to meet Dr. Zietz through mutual work on a quality committee. I was impressed with his knowledge, his demeanor and his dedication to quality care. My son ADORES him, and now that he is 17 and almost an adult, he has let me know how much he respects Dr. Zietz and is not looking forward to switching to an adult MD in the future. The staff, front and back office have always been helpful, polite, and professional. I come from a family of physicians, I have managed physicians and various aspects of their practices for over 20 years, and as such, feel I am EXTREMELY quality to say that this is one of the best practices I have ever been to!!!! I most highly recommend this office, and Dr. Zietz personally, for the care of your children!!

Let me start out by saying that we liked Dr. Kin Lock a lot. He has been our PCP for both of my children for 7 years already. We would have given this place a 5 STAR if everyone of his staff has the same attitude. For the last couple of years service at this location has gone down hill big time. They will over booked appointments which causes LOOOONNNNNGGGGGGGGGGG wait time. We had to wait for more than 1 1/2 hr with us showing up 30 minutes early to do the check-in and paperwork. When complain, they manager told us that we are luck because there was a two hour wait time in the morning. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if you still have to wait for 2 hr? We left without seeing the doctor. It sucks too because my daughter missed an hour of school and I missed half a day of work for nothing.

Dr. Barry, as my kids call him, is a great pediatrician. He takes time with each patient so they feel like they are listened to and also to fully understand what issues they are facing. He loves what he does and it is evident. He doesnt try to overmedicate kids. Hell look for the less-expensive alternative and give you practical advice for dealing with your kids medical concerns.

My baby has been seeing Dr. Zietz for over a year now and I am completely happy with him. I personally have never had to wait more than 10 minutes out in the waiting room and then another 15 minutes max in the exam room for Dr. Zietz to come in. He is a very caring doctor and he takes his time and doesnt rush through your visit.

We adore Dr. Zietz but abhor the long wait time. We once waited an hour with a sick kid before being seen.
