Switched to Dr Rife when my twins were 2 only to find out when they turned 3.5 that they had missed the chicken pox shot I told them I needed to get up to date and they talked down to me like I dont know what am talking about, I tried to make appointment and was told just wait until they turn 4 but I could not wait as they were in daycare. The doctors office did not want to help me so went to new doctor and was told that they did indeed miss their shot and that day they where giving the shot. I was more than happy to pay out of pocket to make sure they were up to date. My problem was how did they go 2 years without anyone even the doctor noticing that they were missing shots. Another time my child had stuck something up their nose was told by Dr Rife that she was could not get it out and I needed to go to another doctor to have it removed went home and was able to get it out myself just by making them blow their nose and without having to pay $1000 to have it removed by the other doctor.

Ive been coming to this doctors office for 16 years. I love Dr. Singh and lately with my newest addition have been very happy with Dr. Rife. I just stopped in to weigh my 4 month old (per Dr. Rifes instructions) just to make sure he was gaining weight in a 2 week period. They would not let me weigh my child. Im in complete disbelief that I cant simply use my pediatricians scale to weigh my child. I guess a 16 yr history and just a simple assurance for a mother doesnt mean anything any more?? Come on people. Todays experience is why Im giving 2 stars.

Doctor Rife is amazing. I miss her as my sons pediatrician since we moved! I am a new mom and was scared and unsure and she always made me feel at ease and would really listen and answer my questions. Her bubbley personality and friendliness makes her my favorite ped. Ive ever met. If I called with a question that the nurse couldnt answer she personally would call me back in a timely manner and have long discussions with me and answer all my questions. She is one of a kind. Their phone system is a little annoying, but worth the trouble.
