NO STARS!!! this place is a joke. I first called and they past me on to a different practice because I didnt have insurance. I called back later and told them I will pay cash at the time of appointment. The lady making appointments was very rude and acted like she didnt want to help me. She asked all these personaly questions. That have nothing to do with an appointment . All this was because I have no insurance. They are discriminating against me because I dont have insurance that is not right. After 15 min of trying to get an appointment made and scheduled she asks if I vaccinate I said no and she was very rude about it. Then told me we dont see non vcacinated kids I dont see how this is ok they are discriminating against parents beliefs and rights. If I had said I have insurance this would have not been a problem I have NEVER had a doctors office ask me if I vaccinate prior to an appointment.

The reception staff is very unfriendly and with our much too long time with Dr. Karr as our pediatrician, there were several billing errors. The nurses were extremely rough with my toddler on more than one occasion. Dr. Karr told me I was "spoiling" my then 15 month old for picking him up when he cried and that his reaction (after being roughly poked and prodded mind you) and crying were not normal and that we may need to test him for autism! He also told me I was being ridiculous for continuing to breastfeed past 12 months and that not only were there no benefits but that I was "probably turning him into a picky eater" by doing so. I dont know why we stayed as long as we did with this practice.

If I could give this place no stars i would. The front office staff is horrible. No personality and rude. I just took my daughter there yesterday and had a funny feeling what the doc said she has was not right. So I took her to another doc today and was misdiagnosed. This is the second time this has happened in the last month. He said my son had bronchitis and when he really had double pneumonia. I would NEVER recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Extremely professional and helpful. Will try their best to make time for your child even at last minute. The nurses will help you and if your doctor cant see you that day they will get you in with another.
