We would offer no stars if optional. Our experiences at this office were monotonous. Seemed as if staff was not genuine and the dentist especially had a rude demeanor when talking to parents. We excused the behavior for years because we understand staff must get patients in and out. Our last few visits were painful. Their office scheduled 3 appointments for a procedure that could have been handled in 1 visit. On our last visit, when the dentist spoke to me, the parent, she talked to me as if I were uneducated (tone of voice) and irresponsible with my childs teeth. Dont they make money by solving problems and caring for teeth? We are business owners and we would never talk to a customer like she talks to the ones who sign her paycheck - the kids and parents. Bedside manners are awful as one feels rushed and a bother to them. The office is nicely decorated, yet not enough to cover up the negative atmosphere. Would never return and would never recommend her to anyone.

Unethical billing practices. If you are not "in network", stay away. I told them my insurance changed, and was advised they would still take me. My "out of network" insurance paid the exact same amount that was paid by my prior "in network" insurance the prior year with no out of pocket by me. They still wanted to charge me the balance from their inflated billed amount just because I was now "out of network". If I would have known in advance, I wouldnt have gone.
