I found this practice while searching for a dentist in my area. I was long overdue for an exam and cleaning, and found Rock Creek through my insurance locator. First off, the location is brand new. The shopping center that contains it looks like it was just built, and the office and exam rooms seem top of the line. I was certainly impressed when I first walked in. They really focused on modern and luxurious elements when designing the waiting room. Dr. Vo shares the space with a general surgeon, her husband, I believe. Its good to know that if I ever want minor surgery done alongside my dental care, they have me covered! Dr. Vos Dental Hygienist, Rosa is experienced, and very pleasant to work with. She and Dr. Vo are very gentile, and cared greatly for my own comfort during my exams, and direct restoration work. The dental assistants and office staff are very knowledgeable, and courteous. They assisted Dr. Vo in my fillings, and did a great job. They are very flexible with appointments, and this is the one of the main thing that makes me keep coming back. New patients are offered free at-home whitening kits. My wife and I have both had cleanings and fillings done with Dr. Vo, and will continue to be patients of hers going forward. For those people who dont do well at the dentist, I would tell them that this practice would at make it the most comfortable and pleasant experience as possible. I dont have kids, but I bet they would be an excellent provider for the entire family. I feel Rock Creek will have lots of success in the future, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Let me first say that I am very particular when it comes to choosing a dentist. A major part of my decision is seeing whether preventive measures are in place for the prevention of infection transmission. It is obvious that Dr. Vo and her staff are very conscientious in keeping the office clean, safe and sanitary. Equipment is covered with plastic, and Dr. Vo is always covered from head to toe. Use of fresh rubber gloves by all the staff is a given. In my recent visit, Dr. Vo installed a replacement cap. This was my first experience with Dr. Vo doing a cap, and it is without question the best experience Ive ever had, from the exam through the install of the cap. The first step on the install day, Dr. Vo removed the temporary and cleaned up the space. To make the cap as near perfect as possible, Dr. Vo took many steps, and time spent was not a question. Very importanltly, she made sure that the edge of the cap fit on the gum in a cosmetically pleasing way and that the edge did not cause gum pain. And she made sure that the overall shape resembled a natural tooth. Dr. Vo worked on in correcting the high spots, down to the tiniest imperfection. In my experiences with other dentists, Ive had ones who advised that I needed to get used to the new cap if it didnt feel right. None ever worked that cap to perfection like Dr. Vo. I highly recommend Dr. Vo. You will not find a better dentist anywhere. I have only positive things to say. You will also be very pleased with support staff -- is very professional and always very pleasant.

Okay let me start of by saying that me saying I hate the dentist is putting it lightly. I just have terrible memories and experiences at the dentist. I was told I had a to get a tooth extracted and a root canal. When I heard that my heart basically hit the floor, but I wasnt surprised. I neglected my teeth for a long time due to my fear of the dentist. I was sweating bullets and dying inside but Dr. KimCuc Vo was absolutely amazing. Her and her dentist assistant work like a well oiled machine.They made sure I understood everything that was happening and why it needed to happen. I was trying to prepare myself for the intense pain but it never came!! I was so shocked and please with my experience. I would recommend Dr. Vo to anyone and everyone and I will continue to go to her. The office is also flawless and very welcoming. You wont regret going to her!

Dr. KimCuc Vo and the staff at Dentist at Rock Creek provide excellent care for all your dental needs. You can tell everyone is happy to work there. As a patient, this makes me feel so welcomed and taken care of. I appreciate Dr. KimCuc honesty when she does exams and makes treatment recommendations and I know that my dental work is going to be well done because she is a perfectionist with her work. Dr. KimCuc is very professional and explains in great detail any procedure you may need. She and all the staff make your experience as comfortable as possible. They are so friendly and welcoming, they make you look forward to your next visit! I would recommend to anyone!

The place is absolutely beautiful, elegant and clean. I am usually nervous when going to the dentist, but my visit at this place made me feel relax, welcome, and at home. The dentist and the staff members are very friendly, caring, and charming. When I had questions about my teeth, the dentist was very kind, patient, and attentive in explaining to me about my teeth problems. When she did my cleaning, she was very considerate and sensitive to the pain in my teeth. She would often stop in the middle of her work to check and see how I was doing, whether the pain was too much to bear. She is one of my favorite dentist and I would highly recommend anyone to come to her.

My wife and I had our first appointment there yesterday, and the experience was great. The dentist showed me before and after pictures from the cleaning, explaining how certain buildup happens (which is something I have never gotten from a dentist before). She also showed me my x-rays to explain what certain dark and light areas are, and what I need to add to my normal routine to keep from getting cavities (which is also something I had never gotten before). And to help you take your mind off them cleaning your teeth, they had a TV for me to watch right over the chair. I got involved in a show and before I knew it, the appointment was done. Very nice!

The office is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. I got a coupon flyer in the mail and had a very thorough x-rays, exam and cleaning. I hadnt seen a dentist in about 3 years so the cleaning was a little rougher than usual. I was shown photos of my teeth and the problem areas shortly after the cleaning. I was at the office for 2-2.5 hours but everything was explained to me. I really liked the use of newer technology, of using an iPad to show me what procedures in the future would look like and also bringing up my photos on a screen in front of me. Now heres hoping insurance will cover everything tbat they say they will cover!

Very professional and Very polite/considerate. They fully explain everything that needs to happen while not suggesting unnecessary and or over the top txs to make extra. Didnt feel like anything was thrown in or sneaked into the bill. The staff and the Dr. both made me feel comfortable and relaxed in an environment where Im usually quite skiddish and very uncomfortable. Again, If you live close to this clinic, they are very worth the drive. I honestly did not have a single complaint and will be taking the rest of my treatments/yearly exams here.
