I am not one to write a terrible review, but my experience with Dr. Lings office has been awful! I unfortunately have had a pretty rough year in the health department and have needed to see several specialists. For MOST of my referrals, I have needed a specialist and would call and request one, and would not have any follow up from Dr. Lings office. I would have to call back, but most of the time they didnt submit those referrals that I requested. I had to go in personally and hand deliver multiple referrals to the specialist I needed to see because they were unable to do it. One referral they failed to send a month prior to a major knee surgery. I wasnt notified of this failure until two days before my surgery. I went in person twice to see what I could do and they did not know how to submit the referral online to my insurance company, BUT they were participating providers! I didnt understand why they never had done this before, and now I was having to suffer because of their mistakes. I was in tears in the reception area, and all they said was, "There is nothing we can do. Sorry." What?! Arent they a business? Are you kidding me? (I had to reschedule my surgery and they didnt seem to be bothered by that at all.) Dr. Ling wasnt a terrible doctor, but she wasnt anything to rave about. I have some friends who are going through similar nerve problems as I am, but their Primary Care Physician called a neurologist to get them in right away. Dr. Ling said she was unable to do that because every case is serious when being referred to a neurologist. I told her if she were to call I wouldnt have to wait months. She didnt. When I saw the neurologist, she asked me why I didnt get in sooner? WOW! If you go in and see Dr. Ling, good luck. Seriously. It has been the most awful experience I have had in my life in regards to doctors offices and doctor experiences.

After waiting 20 minutes, which I dont feel is too excessive, Dr. Ling came in, asked how I was doing, checked my chart, listened to my heart and lungs, told me I looked good and said we would do blood work in 6 months at, my next appointment. I saw, her for less than 5 minutes. Not a lot of time for the money it costs to come in, especially when I feel well and dont feel that the appointment was needed in the first place. She had me a prescription for pink eye and I left. Thats when the problem occurred. I did not get a paper prescription, and didnt think to ask where they had called it in. After a few minutes on the road, I remembered and turned around. I was told it was called in to the Wal-Mart pharmacy in Riverton. I asked which one and, was told the one on Hamilton Road. I told them that was the wrong one, that it was the one on 12600 South and about 1300 west (1202 west to be ecact). I was told they didnt have that one. (It has been there for at least two years... store 7043... please get it into your system for future reference. I waited 15 minutes and then asked if there was a problem and was told they were waiting on the doctor to get done with a patient. Since I was up and walking around, I had just seen her talking to the nurses. I waited another 10 minutes more before finally being handed the prescription that had the stamped doctors signature on it! NOT GOOD CISTOMER SERVICE. Unfortunately, it doesnt end there. When I got to the pharmacy, they said it would take 15 minutes to fill. I was shopping while waiting and the pharmacy called me back and because of the vague instructions on the prescription, they had to call the office and get more clear instructions before they could fill it, adding an extra 15 minutes...30 minutes to fill the prescription.

Dr.Ling is very friendly and I enjoy meeting with her. The only thing I would change is that it seems like she is always in such a hurry that its hard to discusse some of the issues I have and need to talk to her about so I think she needs to spend a little more time talking with her patients Sometimes we forget what we wanted to aske her and if she would talk to us just a bit more it would relax the patient and we could talk about our concerns. Other than that I really like her and she is wonderful with a very warm smile and her staff is very pleasant except for a couple of the girls at the check in desk they can be quite rude at times. I dont k ow her name but she is a younger one with dark hair

I have been going to Dr. Ling for over five years and have never had a bad experience. The helpers are kind, they are consistent about monitoring my weight, cholesterol, blood sugar, etc in regards to my health and my husbands health. She is very proactive about letting us know that our responsibility to eat right and exercise. I find her very motivating and also a good example of someone who is careful with her own health. I am deeply concerned that anyone would rate her low because I routinely recommend her based on our long time experience. We feel confident that she has our best interests at heart and that we are served well by using her as our primary doctor.

Dr. Ling is a great Dr. I was so sick when I started seeing her back in 2012. I feel shes been great at listening to me and treating me in a way we both are comfortable with. I trust her so much. When you find a good Physician its wise to stay with them. I have to say when I have blood done, I usually have the results the same day. She has been wonderful at referring me to different Doctors when needed for different difficulties I have had to seek further treatment. I also love her Sunny and fun personality. It has been a pleasure to do a review for you. Thank you, Ms Jardine

Extremely knowledgeable with broad background in internal medicine. On a few occasions, we received conflicting information about the path to follow for treatment of some health issues. We consulted other doctors familiar with the issues. Dr. Ling turned out to be correct in her assessment of the problem and what to do about it. Sometimes she seems rushed and one might think that they are not getting the attention they need. But, we have found that she is thorough and works well in delegating accurate information to our file via her CNAs.

Whenever I have visited with Dr Ling, I have found her to be very pleasant, and very thorough. She is patient when I ask questions. She is always willing to answer them, in a very timely and accurate manner, that is easy for me to totally understand, and if there are any requirements that I may be asked to comply with, I have complete confidence on her decision making concerning any health issues that I may have, that come under her expertise. Her staff are also very pleasant.
