Ive lived in 4 states and Dr. Shalini is by far the best dr. Ive ever seen. If youre a complicated case, she instructs the staff to always allow extended time for the visit. You never are rushed with her. She looks you in the eye while talking to you and has a great memory. Moderately conservative with meds/tests/procedures, but if she thinks the case warrants it, she doesnt hesitate to be aggressive in treating you. If youre in the hospital that employs hospitalists, shell call them to check on you rather than wait on the discharge report which can take weeks to reach her. Follows up with phone call after she receives labs--even routine ones. Shes extremely caring about you, the individual, so you can talk to her about anything without embarrassment. Protective of her patients and their rights. Specialists I have to see give her high praise for knowledge, care, and dedication. Great with men, women and specially elderly with multiple diseases and medications.

Dr. Shalini is a caring and knowledgeable doctor. I went to her for over 3 years until I moved out of state. She really listened to my concerns and questions and never hurried me out the door. She made me feel that I was important and that my well being was her first priority. I would highly recommend Sr. Shalini as anyones family physician.
