I would highly recommend Dr. Sikand as a PCP for a couple of reasons. First, she is pretty straight up. I learned more about my medications, why they are necessary, possible alternatives and how they will effect me in one visit than I had in years prior and many asked questions. She is interested in helping me get optimal health in-spite of my current busy lifestyle rather than limiting me. She recognizes that my time is as precious as hers and doesnt waste my time or hers. Shes straight to the point while never making me feel like I am being rushed. She talks as long as I need to and gives it to me straight. She holds me accountable to my medical plan and expects my health to be important me. She is kind and makes it a point to comment or ask a question that lets me know she knows who I am. I will add that shes not about to hold my hand or pat my back. If you need that you will want to keep looking. Love her!!

Switched my insurance and searched dozens of MDs, not DOs in my area and I found Dr. Sikand. Not only is she an MD but is an internist and helped me solve many chronic issues in a matter of months. I consider her the best in AZ, hands down!
