We have had nothing but bad experiences with this office. The front desk staff have no customer service skills. They also bill my insurance on a regular basis for services that were not performed at their office. They charge you copays over and over for the same visits. I had an aweful experience this morning and it was not the first time. Amy at the front desk denied me services for an outstanding copay of $20.00 that was waived on a previous visit. Our 12 year old had 2 immunization shots on a previous visit which our insurance and My Dr Now agreed did not require a copay on our behalf due to the way our policy is written. I attempted to work with Amy and she not only declined my child service but she laughed at me in front of an office full of patients and in front of my child. I was completely humiliated as she continued to giggle as she declined services without me paying for something I contractually was not obligated to pay. Amy then gave me a number to their billing department. I spoke with Stephanie who was also very rude. I explained my situation to her. She then said she would waive the $20.00 fee, I asked for her extension she proceeded to hang up on me. I asked Amy to reach out to Stephanie who hung up on me. She then stated that Stephanie had decided not to waive the fee after all. My child now has another appointment with a "Real" doctors office. I would NEVER EVER allow anyone I care for go to this doctors office. the staff has no respect for their patients. I was astonished at the lack of CONFIDENTIALITY or patience the staff showed in a clinical environment.

UNPROFESSIONAL I scheduled a new patient appointment for an annual exam. Called ahead and arrived and hour early to an empty waiting room. Was not greeted by the receptionist. When she finally decided to acknowledge me she had a terrible attitude. Completely unwelcoming and unfriendly. While waiting, I couldnt help but notice a BLACK WIDOW crawling near me on the floor! A few patients arrived after me for walk in visits and were taken back. While I continued to wait. Eventually I was called to the triage area where a beetle of some sort crawled near the scale. After giving my reason for visiting and confirming my medication allergies, I was told to go to an exam..I literally had to figure it out where it was. Eventually...the "Dr" came in. She asked me a few questions, told me to squeeze her fingers and left. Shortly thereafter an aid arrived who could answer nothing and read a script telling me to get lab work and xrays. Also that a prescription was being ordered. That was it... I left. After arriving at the pharmacy, I discovered the prescription she ordered was one of the medications I am severely allergic to. Definitely not going back. I dont know how this practice is even in business

Worse wait times EVER!!! Every time Ive gone here they have an older Dr there thats way too slow!!! Each time Ive gone and there is long wait tines, he always seems to be the Dr thats there. Dont want to sound mean but maybe he needs to think about retirement now so maybe a faster Dr can take his place. Today I took my wife who is having some pretty bad back pains and this idiot Dr she saw refused to give her something for the pain except for a muscle relaxer that shes taken and hasnt helped her one bit!! This us the second time my wife has been seen, the first time was for a bad cough she had and the "Dr" told her it was just a sinus infection. The very next day I had to take her to the ER because she couldnt stop coughing, and ended up being diagnosed by a real Dr that told her she had a respiratory upper infection! He also told her if she had waited too long it could have either turned into pneumonia or bronchitis!! Two different "Dr"s" that both refused to help or diagnose her correctly. I will be calling tomorrow to complain about this "Dr" after watching my wife suffer because she didnt want to give her something for the pain!!!!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Irons, at this location, as my primary care doctor for over 8 months. He is an excellent doctor, very therough, with good bedside manner. He is close to retirement and only works one day a week. I have also seen Crystal McElroy, NP who is also excellent. The care here is great and Ill continue coming here until these doctors leave the location. As far as the office is run, I was tempted to take away 2 stars. I have been scheduled to the wrong doctor before. Yesterday I was stuck in traffic and called that I might be 2 minutes late. Front desk informed me that if I am even 1 minute late my appointment will be cancelled and Ill be considered a walk in. I took pictures at 6pm of the waiting room, and there were no patients waiting to be seen, even during busy hours, which makes this a great walk in clinic

Rude staff. Slow referrals. Doctor Irons misdiagnosed me twice. My main complaint is that I asked for a dermatology referral for a bump under my eye. Dr Irons (older man) assured me it was nothing yet I pushed for the dermo referral. He rudely said he will give it to me but he was sure it was nothing. took weeks for the referral. A month later at the dermo appointment they did a biopsy at first appointment. It was positive for skin cancer. I had surgery a week later and Arizona Dermatology told me several times how lucky I was to catch this in time. Had I listened to Dr. Irons the cancer would of spread. If you need to go to this office I highly recommend seeing Doctor Williams. She takes her time with patients, is kind and understanding. Good luck with the rude staff

I had occasion to need to see a doctor at the last minute, and went to My Dr Now. I arrived quite late in the evening, at 7:20. (They are open until 8pm) Additionally, I did not have an appointment. The clinic was very clean, bright, and cheery. The front office girl, Megan, was a sweetheart. She checked me in very quickly and efficiently. I did not have to wait long before I was called back by the medical assistant, Joseph. He was also very friendly and efficient. I saw Dr. Pragit who made me feel very well taken care of. She was very nice, and patient with me. She patched me up, with a smile, and sent me on my way. I will definitely be going back, and would highly recommend My Dr Now :-)

Alma School and Elliot location .We got to location at 816am. We waited well over hour just for nursing staff to take his weight and height. We left shortly after 940 am so child could wash up and change his clothes due to having a accident while waiting for Dr to see him. We returned to My Dr Now at 1005 am and its now 1115 am and we are still waiting to see the Dr. This has been a bad experience will definitely be looking for a new urgent care to use in the future. I feel because this child has developmental disabilities and Behavioral Health issues they have brushed us off to the side while dealing with other clients who came long after we checked in!
