I rarely go to the doctor, so I am not looking for a spectacular experience. I do have some basic expectations though. On the positive side, I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. Having worked for a doctor in the past, I knew to ask for early morning appointment before they get too far behind. I was given an appointment the following day within an hour of the time I wanted. The visit still ended up taking 2 hours (3 minutes of which were with the doctor). The woman running the front desk was friendly, as was the gentleman taking vitals/medical history. I was there for two very specific, maintenance reasons. They took me back into a room that had not been reset from the previous patient. Tile was coming up on the floor. The doctor never smiled and spoke to me in scolding tone of voice. She ordered multiple other procedures without determining whether or not there was actually a problem (which she would be able to tell by the blood labs I was requesting). Another woman came in to draw my blood. If I could attach pictures at this point, I would. Not one time in my life has anyone had a problem drawing blood from my arm. I dont know if the vein burst or what, but there is a giant, black bruise in the crease of my arm. There was considerable blood, and I had to apply two more Band-Aids when I got home. As I left, the doctor asked me to make a follow-up appointment for something that I had not asked to be checked, or have any intention of a non-specialist checking...complete with additional disapproving looks. I have not gotten my bill yet, but I am braced for the worst. Update: I did not receive a phone call that my lab results were in after three weeks (I know from working in a doctors office that Labcorp generally takes 1-3 days to process labs). I also received a statement from my insurance that the doctor sent my blood to a lab that was out-of-network (though the doctor is listed as in-network by my insurance and I had no control/say-so on who processed the labs), and that the doctor could bill me for the $696.00 balance. I now have to fight both the insurance and the office until they reach some sort of agreement. For routine blood work. **Second Update: My insurance refused to pay for the lab work since it was out-of-network. I got to pay Labcorp, since no one else would. My Dr Now would take no responsibility in sending my labs without asking me to an out-of-network place though they had all of my information and are in-network. They did not care. It was such a negative experience.

This was just a routine visit to get my cholesterol checked. They kept me waiting for almost 1.5 hrs before I saw the doctor. The doctor only spent 3 minutes with me, so I dont understand why it took him that long to get to me. The nurse missed my vein on the blood draw. Im not overweight or elderly, in fact Im an ex-body builder whos very vascular. Ive had my blood drawn yearly for the past 20 years and Ive never had anyone miss my vein before. I ended up have a orange sized bruise on my forearm for the next week. The doctor told me to call on Monday for my lab results. I call on Monday and the gal on the phone tells me they are not ready and that they will call me. I wait until Thursday and I call again. This time the lab results are in, they just never bothered to call. But thats not all. They wont release any of the lab results until the doctor has a look at them. Unacceptable in my book! Im giving this place a Poor - Fair vote in comparison to past doctor visits elsewhere. As patients, we are the customer. The fact that these places have us wait over an hour should not be acceptable. In the past, Ive been given my lab results with in 24-48 hours. Not over an entire week. This place will not see my business ever again.

This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to. There front desk staff is terrible and there is queue just to check in 3 people are working on the computers and one person is answering their phones and checking people in. I have had a total of 3 appointments cancelled/rescheduled because I guess Dr. Kennaley cannot manage her appointments correctly or again the front office staff are just really terrible at their job. . II got a call and they left a voicemail confirming my appt and when I get to the office " oh didnt we call you" this is the 3rd time this has happened and the wait time here is awful, show up on time even before your appointment and youre guaranteed to wait 30-45 minutes. I even explained to the women that I am having withdrawal symptoms and she didnt seem to care much....

Horrible staff and service - took my daughter in for a broken finger. Waited almost an hour to get called back. Waited another hour to be seen only to get sent to the location on Alma School / Elliot for an xray because they didnt have an xray machine there. Waited another hour to be seen at the new location only to get sent back because that location couldnt tell us anything about the xray because they werent the treating location! Go back to the Gilbert location waited again only to get told they were sending the xrays to a specialist and that they would contact me at before the end of the day for instructions. 4:30 came around and no call. I called them back they told me that I had to call the TOCA in Phoenix to schedule the referral myself! Useless, careless people! !! Hate My Dr Now!

Saw all the negative reviews before scheduling and decided I would write a review good or bad. Most of a negative reviews are accurate. After my experience I suggest most people avoid this place and pick a smaller family practitioner for their PCP. Was able to schedule my appointment same day. For a new patient that may be very convenient. CBN (Christian Broadcast Network) was playing on two TVs in the waiting room. I find this highly offensive to have to be preached at by The 700 Club while waiting to see a Dr. I waited over an hour past my appointment time to see a Dr. for a simple prescription. Met w/ Dr for less than 3 minutes, was forced to wait an additional 15 minutes and then prescription was electronically transmitted to my pharmacy.

Absolutely the best doctors office I have been to. The staff and atmosphere they create is wonderful. The facility is always clean, the nurses are kind, and they are great at listening to what you have to say. Dr. Pragit wants to help you out and figure out what is causing certain things. She has been a great help to me and keeping me healthy. We were able to figure out the cause of the symptoms I have been having and after only 2 weeks on medication for it, I havent felt this great in a while! I would recommend this place as well as Dr. Pragit to anyone who is looking for a good provider. Even though it is a little far from home, I still dont mind making the drive to go there.
