Dr. Holmes is my 8th chiropractor over a lifetime of needing chiro care, and he is among the small number of the truly gifted, not to mention very caring and concerned chiropractors. Gonstead is the only chiro technique I will use anymore, and as one of only four such practitioners in the state of Utah, Dr. Holmes is more than a gift to us all. His adjustments are very effective, and his touch is intuitive and gentle enough to let your body ease into the ideal position for each adjustment - something that was a very pleasant first for me among all the chiropractors I have seen. Dont let the affordable prices or modest office size fool you - he is one of the best chiropractors anywhere, and I would come from a long distance for his incredible adjustments and truly caring manner!

Honestly the best chiropractor Ive been to out of a dozen over the past decade, so I gladly make the 15 minute drive despite there being many other doctors closer to my home. Very friendly with an incredibly clean and nice office. I once worked for 4 chiropractors in the past & was adjusted every day so Im pretty picky about technique- especially when Im pregnant and feel like my body is falling apart. Dr. Holmes has all the equipment to adjust me in various ways and Ive never left his office without feeling so much better than when I walked in. Highly recommended.

I rarely write reviews. There has to be something that stands out as exceptional for me to consider it. Dr. Holmes is exceptional! I have been to a dozen chiropractors over the last 15 years I have never been treated as well as Dr. Holmes treats me. Every visit he takes time to understand how Im feeling and what I need. He listens to me and I never feel ignored. On top of all this he is the first chiropractor that has made a significant difference in my pain. I would recommend Dr. Holmes to anyone and everyone.

When I visited Dr. Holmes for the first time he genuinely cared for my health and was determined to fix and prevent my head pain. Now I rarely ever get headaches!
