Recuerdo que en mi primera visita a la oficina del Dr. Johnston le hice saber que estaba ahi unicamente por recomendación de mi esposo pero que me sentia muy poco optimista a cualquier buen resultado gracias a una experiencia muy poco agradable que tuve con otro especialista. El acepto el reto siendo siempre muy claro conmigo de que si mi problema fuera algo que no pudiera tener solución ni siquiera me aceptaría como paciente, pero lo hizo y después de casi 12 años de dolor intenso de espalda y ciática puedo decir que duermo muy tranquilamente toda la noche y me levanto completamente descansada gracias a el seguimiento de cada una de sus indicaciones. Ahora no hay persona que yo conozca con problemas como los mios a las que no les recomiende de inmediato y ampliamente los servicios del Dr. Johnston y su equipo por ser tan atinados y cuidadosos con sus pacientes. Gracias a Dios que le usa de esta manera para ayudar a tanta gente.

I have had the most comfortable experience with Dr. Johnston. Not only has he helped me feel better, he has also educated me in my condition and has truly cared to build a trusting relationship with my husband and I. At first I was skeptical about getting Chiropractic care, but there was something different about the Doctor. and his staff. They really take pride in looking deep into each individuals problems and creating the best care for them. Other Chiropractic Doctors try to rush everything, even doing adjustments the first day I walked in their office. All with-out knowing how bad my problem was or knowing what areas to fix. Dr. Johnston will check the problem areas first, he will be honest if he is able to help and then he will start the therapy if needed. I suffer with three main areas in my back, which are subluxations on the discs, that could happen with stress, falling, car accidents, etc. This caused frequent headaches, backaches, memory, concentration and digestion problems for many years. Once I began my therapy I experienced these problems less frequent and could feel the difference every week. I feel so much better thanks to the God and Dr. Johnston. I feel that my personality is coming out again not that I have less pain and I am able to experience and enjoy life so much more. I very grateful and wouldnt hesitate to recommend his care to my family and friends.

I am a current patient here. But I dont feel like a patient. The staff, the entire staff, is amazing and so welcoming. They are all very knowledgeable in their respective fields and are able to communicate effectively with people like you and I who arent so educated in the field of chiropractics. They go to great lengths to make sure you understand what is going on with your body. After determining whether they are able to help you they set aside time to personalize a therapy and treatment plan. I love that these plans are catered to my body and not some general workout regime. They are very professional yet very personable. I love that the entire staff knows you by name and actually uses your name in conversation, telling me how much they care for their patients. After just two weeks (of my 8 month program), I felt a difference physically and emotionally. Im able to sit, stand, and walk without the years of (sports induced) pain. Im much more happy because my nerves are actually sending out the correct signals to my brain and body. I had other bodily complications that I would never have associated with a bad back that were corrected. I cant say enough good things about Desert Springs Chiropractic. And to top it off, they play really soothing music which is a huge plus in my books. Im referring them to all my friends.

I have had back and neck pain for many years. The pain caused me to endure restless nights for a period of months. I had tried a couple of other chiropractors prior to Dr. Johnston and Dr. Kohl at Desert Springs Chiropractic. The other chiropractors were the same in that they twisted and turned me until my back cracked and sent me on my way until the next appointment. I was referred to Desert Springs Chiropractic through an orientation with them at my gym. At my first visit I specifically told Dr. Johnston I was very skeptical and had little faith in chiropractic care. I have a totally different view now! This was the first time a chiropractor took x-rays and specifically showed me the areas of concern in my lower back and neck. They educated me and explained the recovery process thoroughly. The technology they use is much easier on my body during adjustments, so there is no discomfort. Desert Springs has me perform necessary exercises in their office to ensure my back and neck muscles keep my spine in proper alignment in conjunction to their adjustments (another first in my chiropractic experiences). Within the first few weeks of treatment I was no longer tossing and turning in bed and was getting a good nights sleep! I am now a believer. Thank you Dr. Johnston and Dr. Kohl!

I’ve suffered from back pain for over ten years. I have seen three different chiropractors, physical therapist, and most recently corticosteroid injection treatment. None had taken away or relieved my chronic, intense pain. It had only continued to worsen. I honestly believed there was no hope for my pain; previous doctors couldn’t determine what was wrong or the cause of such. After MRIs, and x-rays that were unclear, I only grew desperate and hopeless! Then, I was referred to the amazing, Dr. Johnston. I was very skeptical at first, I had believed that no one could help, and take my pain away. Needless to say, EVERYONE at Desert Springs Chiropractic has been attentive, caring for my overall health and treat their patients with such professionalism, and I believe they are an awesome team! I now have been going to treatment and adjustments for a little over a month, and I feel WONDERFUL. No pain, no daily headaches! I feel full of energy, alive and see the light at the end of the tunnel. I highly recommend/encourage anyone to go and see Dr. Johnston and his team, I am sure he will change your life, as he has changed mine; pain free. THANK YOU!!

I was referred to Dr. Johnstons office by a friend for my lower back pain and frequent headaches. I was 21 at the time, but I felt like I was 50! I had endured several injuries and manipulations to my spine throughout my life that went untreated (falls, carrying heavy objects for extended periods of time, etc), so I was in bad shape. With only a couple months of therapy and adjustments, my lower back pain disappeared! Also, instead of 5 headaches a month, I now RARELY have them and my overall quality of life has much improved! I still get adjustments on an "as needed" basis, which keeps quality of life at its best! Chiropractic care has also helped me recover from pregnancy and the number it did on my spine, and it has helped my baby maintain optimal health! She is one year old now and has never been ill! Both Dr. Johnston and Dr. Kohl are extremely professional and courteous, and the entire staff are always friendly. If you are even considering chiropractic care, you should definitely get an exam to see if youre a candidate and get your questions answered. It is worth it!!!
