After months of mouth pain and working with another dentist I finally switched to Platinum Dental for a second opinion. Not only was the staff friendly, they made time in the schedule to get me in ASAP. The Dentist took the time to do testing and used care to get to the bottom of my tooth problem. Not only that, day of, he helped alleviate some of my tooth pain temporarily until the procedure for my larger problem. They scheduled my bigger procedure within a week! The staff has helped time my work to get the best coverage with my insurance. Even in the the week after they have worked with me and addressed all concerns within hours of me calling. The staff made me comfortable and confident to ask for what I need. I am super grateful for the staff and dentist! I am taking my whole family here in the future.

Weve been in Utah for 15 months and we started using this location as referred by my friend who works at the Orem location. I am happy to finally find a dental care provider who genuinely is more concerned with my health then how much money they make. Unfortunately, we are moving back to Washington State but my experience with the Sandy branch was stellar. Darin is great, friendly and informative. Annie is the best. I have for years hated getting cleanings but she is really good at what she does. You can tell that she enjoys it and really cares that you have a positive experience. Thank you guys!

No more dreading the dentist! My visit to the Sandy Platinum Dental was more like a spa day for my teeth! Annie my hygienist was wonderful! So kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. My teeth feel so great! Adrianne at the front desk was so helpful in scheduling and working with my insurance. And Dr. Dickerson was very professional and treated me like family. The office is beautiful and has more advanced technology than Ive seen at other offices. Loved my visit! Highly recommend!!

Because Im terrified of having dental work done, between the pain and the cost, I typically only go in when its an emergency. From my first visit the staff was absolutely AMAZING and non-judgmental! They are also sensitive to my medical condition! I have never had such a wonderful experience with a dental office! From easing my anxiety, pain and working with payments, I have finally found an office I look forward to returning to! Definitely recommend!

The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and also entertaining! They were excellent with their explanations when answering my questions and concerns. They also gave me reasons for why they were doing what they were doing along with excellent instructions. This helped me learn and remember how and why I should take better care of my entire mouth!

These guys are great they have taken great care of me. They even gave me an appointment just before they closed due to my schedule. They also fixed an issue with a crown that I was worrying was going to have to be a root canal. Definitely come here folks!
