Dr. Kim G. Roberts and his excellent office team are a well knit group who handle every aspect of a perfect dental experience. Each employee embodies the ultimate traits needed for a positive and personalized dental plan, and they interweave their training and abilities making it a seamless, professional and memorable service. From the time you call, walk in to your appointment, have a complete check-up and are given a plan of action, the service is always knowledgeable, personable and friendly. They continuously follow through to let you know whats needed, when, and make sure to set up and remind you of other needs and visits. I can whole-heartedly recommend this dentist and staff to anyone! If you dont have a dentist that personally treats you like this dentist office does, why would you not make a change to get this type of care and experience? Seriously, call them and get started on a new and complete dental experience today that you can trust and feel secure about. I did and havent regretted a minute of it!

Hate to write a bad review but theres a first for everything. Im giving such a low rating coming from the billing side. I cant even begin to explain my frustration I have had with their office due to billing. So I have only been there TWICE yet they have messed up my billing THREE times.. how you ask? They charged me for an appointment that I was never even there for. The first time I went was for just a cleaning and new patient exam, but somehow they charged me for a bonding that I never had. Then the second time I went was for a cleaning and a bonding of my retainer, so they double charged me after I had already paid for the first bonding to cover the bonding that I had done my second visit. Confusing I know, lots of back and forth with the receptionist and emailing. I understand everyone makes mistakes but three times in a row? Now thats excessive. Definitely wont be coming back here, no one should ever have to deal with so much confusing for 2 visits. They need to get their billing under control better.

My father-in-law recently retired as a dentist, and is out of the country, so I didnt really know where to turn when I started having some pretty serious tooth pain. I was referred to Dr. Roberts from a co-worker who has been using him for 20+ years as his familys dentist. I was squeezed in to be seen that same day. Unfortunately, I needed a root canal, but they were able to get it taken care of the next day which happened to be before a long holiday weekend. It was great to get the tooth fixed so quickly so I could enjoy the holiday. We set a follow up appointment 1 1/2 weeks later. During that time, I received a text confirmation of my appointment, a text reminder a few days before, and even a personal call from Dr. Roberts himself to make sure I was okay and to see if I had any questions or concerns! Great all around service, follow-up and general concern for me as a patient. I have already referred 2 people to him and wont hesitate to do so again.

New to SLC and I was looking for a dentist. Without a lot of other input I tried google reviews. While I tend to distrust the veracity of people giving reviews on here (nephew, son, friends etc??), I went with Dr. Roberts based on the reviews here anyway. So far I have had a cleaning and some fillings done (2 appt.s) Im set up to do an implant. I found him to be very patient, handing me a mirror as he showed me each tooth that had issues, listening to my questions and concerns, and not trying to push me to go with any one option. His staff is great. They very carefully explained what the cost would be for each option of work (bridge vs. implant) and did the background on my insurance before having the discussion with me. I will continue to return there and would recommend any one of my friends to do so as well.

Love this office! I have been going for over a year for check ups and had bridge and veneer work done in 2014. Dr. Roberts listens to what you want and gives you the best options. The assistants, hygienists and office employees are amazing! They are so nice and make the process extremely easy for patients. Its a great experience every time. It can be hard to find a great dentist and team so I will be going to this office even if I move out of this area.

Not a big fan of the dental chair. I have been going to Dr. Roberts for the past year and a half. His staff is professional and helpful with regards to appointments, insurance and reminders. The 6 month teeth cleaning, prophylaxis, by the hygienist, I feel, is very thorough but gentle. Dr. Roberts is also kind and also gentle and explains the best options for your teeth. I have total confidence is his work and processes.

Great Dentist! If youre anything like me, and hate going to the dentist, this is the place for you. They make you feel right at home and take great care of you whilst youre in there care. I have had cleanings and fillings there, and every time I leave feeling great. The Take away is: If you hate Dentists, you will love Dr. Roberts.
