I have to say that I have an EXTREME fear of the dentist. I have anxiety even thinking about going into the office. I have passed out in the past for just a cleaning! No joke. So needless to say, I dont routinely go to the dentist. My last visit was six years ago! I had a tooth bothering me so I knew I had to go in. I spent some sleepless nights doing some research. I made my list and called a few offices. The other dentists I called were not very nice and acted like I was stupid when I explained my very real fear. I called Dr. Richardson and Micah answered. She spent probably twenty minutes talking to me and answering my questions. She helped me calm down and reassure me that they would take care of me. I called a few more times and talked to Marge Anne (Im not sure how to spell her name.) I finally made the appointment because they were so understanding and kind. The next few weeks preceding my appointment I called several times with questions and anxiety. My anxiety grew worse because I decided to "Google" and "YouTube" dental procedures. I would not do that! Very, very bad idea! They helped to calm me down. Marge Anne also very helpful with my insurance questions. I went in for the check-up and was scared and crying. The entire staff was so nice and they took things at my pace. It was nice to not feel so stupid for being so fearful. I decided to get IV sedation to get my work done. My dreaded appointment was yesterday. I walked into the office crying and I freaked out over the IV but then I dont remember the rest. I was comfortable and "asleep." I got home and slept some more. I was very surprised to receive a call from Dr. Richardson to see how I was doing. That way completely unexpected. From the moment I met this group of professionals, they have been nothing but compassionate and kind. I cannot tell you how much that means to someone like me who is so fearful. I feel like they really care about me and I am not just another client. If you have any sort of fear of going to the dentist, I highly suggest Dr. Richardson and his team. They will help you though the entire process. I promise. P.S. If you need help actually getting the courage to walk through the door, they help with that too. ;)

Dr. Richardson and his whole team are incredible. Hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. He and the assistants are so so good with my kids who have bad fears of the dentist and just do as much as my kids can handle, they never push. I went in with a lot of fears at first but they are very kind, understanding, and walk you through everything. Every big procedure Ive had, Dr. Richardson actually calls me personally to see how Im doing later. He makes 100% sure everything is all the way better and resolved if there are any problems and even gave his cell phone # in case of emergency. Hes awesome. He actually listens when youre in pain and stops and does whatever he can to make you comfortable (I had some in the past that would try to quickly finish despite bad pain). Its also nice because you can have him as your every day dentist and he also does root canals and wisdom teeth, so theres no need to ever go to someone else. This office is definitely like family.

Dr. Richardson was THE BEST. I was having troublesome wisdom teeth and they were able to get me right in. He and his staff were so nice and patient with me. They sent me with his cell number in case I needed any help over the weekend, and when I texted Sunday with a concern, his response was so kind and helpful. I would recommend this office to anyone in need of dental work!

I needed emergency dental work done. I was able to get an appointment the same day (not sure how typical this is). The receptionist was nice and so was the hygienist. Dr Richardson was very personable and did great work. I found later he was working on his day off! I am so grateful I could get my filling and will recommend his office to all!

Have been coming to Jareds office since I retired from the military. Jareds office is fair and understands what insurance will cover and what it would not. The office staff is very friendly and can always answer any questions I have had. Scheduling an appointment has always been very easy for me.

Dr. Richardson is a fabulous dentist! Not only is he and his entire staff extremely friendly, but they are also great with kids! We dont have dental insurance, but the prices are very reasonable and much lower than our previous place. Highly recommend Dr. Richardson!
