First let me say the doctors were amazing! I really loved the service part of my experience. Why I rated this company so low is because of their billing department. Danielle, specifically is a terror to work with. On every visit, I paid a copay ranging from $50 to $100.. no problem. When a final bill came over $400, I paid it. They told me that my bill was square and that was it. I moved, received a phone call that I now owe over $700. Trying to get clarity, Danielle consistently called me a liar (in so many words) by rudely telling me that I received several letters about the balance and blatantly disregarded them. Trying to cooperate with her, she never let me get a word in and told me I didnt deserve to get an explanation, and threatened to hang up on me, before she actually did hang up on me. I never raised my voice, she did, I never called her a liar, she called me one. She was just Extremely unprofessional, unreasonable, and unpleasant. Based on that experience alone, I will never go back to this office, I will NOT refer anyone, it was horrible. I could understand her attitude and unwillingness to be helpful if I were a patient who never paid and didnt have insurance and was completely uncooperative; however, binging that I had already given them well over $700 in cash and whatever my insurance paid, I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied. I still dont know how everything adds up because she has yet to send me a ledger that I requested by fax! While it would have been my preference to have this conversation with the owners. Danielle refused to allow me to speak to anyone else; thus, heres my review. Again, the service was great from the doctors, lovely people, but one bad apple spoiled the bunch.

First I would like to apologize to Dr. Clark. He seemed like a great guy. My issue was with the front desk. I had an appointment scheduled for a month out. Was told they needed paperwork from previous dentist to do cavity. I told them to let me know if I needed to do anything. I never got a call. A week before the appointment, I called about it and was told I would get a call back. Never did. Day before the appointment, I call them and tell them I want to make sure to get this done. I get told I would receive a call back about it. Never got a call. So I didnt show up for my appointment. Called them that day and the assistant tried to blame the other dentist. I figure if Im not important enough to receive a call back at any point, then Ill find somewhere else.

I saw Ambre for the first time for cleaning. This was the best cleaning experience Ive ever had at a dental office. Im not kidding; this was terrific. Ambres technique is very gentle. I had no pain! The cleaning procedure is very thorough and I was impressed at how she seemed to know just the right time to give a rinse when needed. When I was done I received a new toothbrush, Sensodyne toothpaste, and dental floss. I will definitely be looking to schedule my next cleaning with Ambre.

This is the worst dental office I have ever been to! The hygenists and office staff are nice, but the billing practices are extremely questionable and 100% of the time I am either double billed or billed for several additional services. I just switched dentists and found out my kids have severe dental issues, which will cost over $2600. This should never happen when you go twice a year. Trying to even talk to Dr. Robert Clark is difficult, as he practically runs out after he examines you.

I have always had some anxiety going to the dentist. Only one dentist in my entire adult life has made going to see him enjoyable. Today I am pleased to say that I have found the second dentist. Dr. Clark is competent and makes you feel as comfortable as possible. The service was amazingly fast as well. Having the in-house lab technician is amazing too. Ive never had that at any dentist Ive ever gone to. I would definitely recommend Four Peaks Family Dentistry.

Not sure what the other reviews are talking about. This is the best office I have ever been to. They have always been very upfront about costs/billing. Everything is explained thoroughly and given to me in writing. Dr. Clark takes more time answering my questions than any other doctor I have seen. The staff is helpful and courteous. I would recommend Four Peaks Family Dentistry to anyone!

Today was my first visit! I am VERY pleased with this office! The staff were on top things, the hygienist was knowledgeable and sweet, and Dr. Clark was personable and gentle. I had no hesitations with setting up my next appointment, along with my husband. They play uplifting Christian music as well, which confirms (for me) my reason to stay. Fore Peaks Family Dentistry has been my dentist for 3 years now and I have never had a bad experience. Dr. Clark is always helpful to answer any questions I may have. Their whole staff is very friendly and welcoming each visit I have. I normally dont enjoy going to the dentist, but having one who cares is important to me and makes my six month cleanings enjoyable to go to!

I have very sensitive teeth and Eddie and Caitlin are always very careful that I do not have pain during my cleanings. The office staff is excellent and so is the Dr. I tried 4 dentists before I finally find this one and now I am here to stay!

Ive been going to Four Peaks for a few years now and have nothing but positive things to say. Front office, hygienists, and the doctors are all very pleasant and efficient. I see a few of the other reviews mention problems with billing, but I have never once had a problem in several years. I would recommend them to anyone.

I havent been to the dentist in so my years and today I had treatment done and I cant believe how comfortable and relaxed I was!my son is also a patient and he loves the experience he had with Dr.Jen ...Dr Clark and Dr Jen are wonderful dentist!! This office is very convenient in Scottsdale. The rates seemed a little higher than most at the beginning but worth it. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There has never been a wait time.
