This place is a joke. My family started going here when it was owned by a husband (the dentist) and wife. They ended up divorcing and she apparently won his practice. In a 1 year span she went through 3-4 different dentists. When I was 17 I went in to have a routine cleaning and the newest dentist said I needed two root canals, which is ridiculous for a teenager but he was the dentist so I thought he knew best. I went in a week later and he didnt even have a dental hygienist there to help, it was just him. I sat in that chair for nearly 3 hours before he said, "I dont really know what Im doing, so Im going to have to refer you to a specialist." I was in so much pain I cried that whole night. My mom started calling around to different dentists the next morning and Sandy Village Dental fit me in that day to see if they could help. The dentist said it was the shoddiest root canal attempt he had ever seen and said I didnt even need root canals in the first place. Im surprised we didnt file a lawsuit, it was that bad. If you value your health, please dont go here!

SCAM!!! I went in with a groupon coupon to get a cleaning and x ray. While there i was told that i needed to get several cavities filled or I would need 2 root canals. -I brush and floss twice each day, never had a cavity in my life...I told them that i didnt have money to pay for the work and would need to come back another time and that i wanted to get a 2nd opinion. All of a sudden they were hounding me about dental insurance. the receptionist called my dental insurance and promised me that it was covered 100%. Well when i got my bill for nearly $1000 you can imagine my surprise! They even charged me for the x rays and cleaning which i had already paid for! I tried for weeks to resolve the situation with them. the office manager was very rude and degrading. She even told me i was not worth their time when i asked to speak to someone else. Made fun of me for not having the money to pay the bills (which is why i didnt want the work done in the first place). learn from my mistake, seek dental work elsewhere.

I recently went in to Willow Creek Dental just after a car accident. The receptionist was very concerned about me because I was in a great deal of pain in other places besides my mouth. She brought me something to lean my head on as I was experiencing dizzy spells from the accident. The receptionist asked me if I would rather rescedule my appointment. While I was waiting for my appointment time, she walked over to me several times to see that I was okay. I was really impressed with their office and will continue to use them as my dentist.

I had a cleaning and exam at this office and accidentally gave them my health insurance card rather than my dental insurance card. Then I moved. By the time their letters got to me (they only sent snail mail to let me know I had an outstanding balance) they had doubled my charges. I finally figured out why my cleaning wasnt covered, sent the bill to the proper insurance - which was promptly paid -- and this office still wants me to pay $135 out of my pocket for a dental cleaning which has been paid for. Lousy.

My son went in for a tooth issue and was told he needed a root canal. It was going to be $1,400. I told the receptionist to tell the dentist to pull the tooth. He is 21 and didnt have money to pay for it. He went in and instead of doing a root canal they did a crown. Guess what, it was $1,400! Horrible customer service. My son had my carecredit card to pay for the extraction so they put the charge on the card. NEVER EVER would I send anyone here.

Do not. I repeat do not!!! set foot inside this office...unless you want terrible dental work, pain, and ruined credit.They trick you into an auto-schedule and then charge you for missed appointments that they swiftly turn over to collections. If youre looking for a good, honest practice, look else where. Overpriced, over rated, racket.

TERRIBLE DENTAL PRACTICE! They will recommend totally unnecessary dental work and are completely in business to make a buck. If you want a good dentist go somewhere else before you are SCAMMED, SCAMMED, SCAMMED BY THESE slime balls.

I am a dental assistant at a different office. SO I know how a dentists work should be. Very gentle,honest,and good at there skill. The office is very up to date modern and clean.All the staff is very friendly.

SCAM ALERT - Staff isnt nice and they put you on an auto-scheduling system. Yep... exactly like those shady sites that put you on an auto-ship. That alone should tell you to look elsewhere.

I always feel very comfortable when I come to this office. The staff are very kind, attentive, pleasant and personable. I feel like I get high quality dental work here.
