Love the eye doctor, but the woman at the desk is another story. Ordered a pair of glasses for my son with our insurance in November. It is now late January no glasses. Keep getting a run around about how they moved and it knocked them out of the system with the insurance provider. Call the provider and there has been no claims at all put in. Not even for the exam!!!!!!! Got my prescription and went to Costco. Had to pay out of pocket, but hey I have the glasses for my son so he can see to do school work.

17 days and I had to call her to see if my glasses were in. She lied and said she was a VSP provider when she wasnt. Answering machine every time I call. Asked 4 times for an itemized bill and finally got one only after I told her I was going to call the Better Business Bureau. Unprofessional in every aspect of her business. Only wished I had read other reviews first! If a zero star rating was an option id pick that.

Dr is pretty good, very gentle and informative. The problem is no one was at the front desk when I came. She arrived after my appointment. I ordered glasses over a month ago, was told it would take 2 weeks to arrived. Ive been calling the office for 2 weeks now with no answer or return to my left messages or email. Im just looking to get my $ back from the glasses I never got.

Ordered glasses at their new location in December, they never called me to let me know if they were in, finally went in in May and they said they were lost in the mail. I asked for a refund. It has been months and still no refund. They dont return calls or emails. I might have to take them to court.

Do you self a favor go somewhere else this place is extremely non responsive when you call. The owner needs someone who can run a business instead of her doing anything. I am owed glasses that I paid for some out of pocket that I am now 3 months overdue.

Been waiting over a month to receive my glasses which are already paid for. No one can ever answer the phone or call you back when she promises too. And now the number is unreachable. Worst experience with eye care I have ever had.

The woman at front desk is running around and lying to you all the time. You can never reach them by phone and she can always find a reason not help you with your insurance!
