Unlike the other review, I had a good experience with Waterbury Eye Associates. The front desk staff was very helpful with my insurance and looked into ways for me to save even more money. The optometrist spent a lot of time with me and with my son to get to know us and check our eyes. We were in the exam room for over an hour, it wasnt just an in & out appointment like many doctors. I have recommended them to friends and other family.

The best of the best, a great small close-knit practice. I have been going here over ten years now and wouldnt trust my eye care to anyone else. They provide excellent personable service and treat you as a human being instead of just a potential paycheck. Rusty actually works with you to find the perfect pair of glasses that will fit your face as well as your personalty.

Horrible customer service! Very unprofessional! I gave them a second chance and still no good! I would not recommend this eye group at all! The lab they use produces questionable quality as well. You can do better going somewhere else, where they value your business. Your eyes are too important to trust to these jokers. Dont use em!
