Dr. Ulc is such a sweet and compassionate doctor. He really takes an interest in his patients and make you feel very taken care of. The front office staff is very accommodating and happy to help with scheduling. Mike, the person who helps with finding frames, is so sweet and a total riot. They all work together to make going to the eye doctor as enjoyable an experience as possible. I highly recommend this practice.

I used to see Dr. Ulc until I erroneously received a bill and immediately called the Billing Department. She proceeded to argue with me over the bill as I tried to explain to her on how to bill it correctly. She was extremely rude and confrontational. My bill was subsequently paid in FULL by my insurance but BEWARE if you receive a bill from them and check with your insurance before you pay it.

I recently had appointments for myself and three children. Dr. Ulc is an extremely knowledgeable practitioner and he and his staff run a very professional practice. Advanced Family Eye Care has a large and beautiful selection of eye glasses to choose from and Mike the optician is awesome in helping you deciding what look best. All of us will be back!

I had uncut lenses and was looking for an optometrist to fit them into my frame. but they did not want my business. their excuse was, that they would not know the quality of the lenses. Yeah ... so service only if you buy the whole package from them. I give a second star, because the eye exam I got two months earlier was ok.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called to see about getting my son in for an appointment. The woman who answered the phone was very rude. I quickly changed my mind. I will not be giving them my business. That office should really reconsider who they employee.

Dr. Ulc is kind, compassionate and an excellent eye doctor. Highly Recommended! They recently moved offices just down the street, and his new office is much larger, with two exam rooms and enhanced dispensary with lots of new frames. Definitely worth checking out.

I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Dr. S is very kind and Joe is an absolute sweetheart. I dont think Ive ever felt more comfortable at a docs office before. Very pleased I found them.
