My first visit was ok last week for my exam but not too happy to try to pick out new frames when they just dialated my eyes...I canceled the order cause i was like no way after i saw the pic of them on me in my phone .... So i went back today to pick out a new pair..The guy was SO RUDE and unhelpful..Was making dum coments ...like look at me not the mirror i will tell u whats up when i didnt even like what he was picking out...He made my experience very stressful so i finally gave up and said just reorder the ones i have..Now he gets raged and says this gonna be a pain and have to resubmit the order..I finally just gave up and told him forget it..On my way out the door they said i owe 10.00 copay now for my last appt rudely....I jus paid and i will never see this place again..find a better place waste of time after this terrible visit i went right to COSTCO I got armani frames for 129.00 wich were 400.00 there and very helpful and knowledable...u wont be disapointed in costco

The staff and Dr. Bonnanzio are excellent! They are always willing to answer any questions and their appointment availability is quite convenient. A couple of times Ive called in with an optical "emergency" and I was able to be seen the same day. I definitely recommend this office for eye care.

This was my first time going here and it was a great experience! They have a huge selection of glasses and the staff is soooo incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. Ask for one of the women to help you and youll leave happy!
