Dr. Stein is a great eye doctor, but hes also more than that. He has a Ph.D in biology (related to the study of eyes as well, but I dont know the specific field). Due to his unique background, his knowledge of human eyes is greater than your typical optometrist, and hes a great guy as well. I cant think of a better optometrist in the region.

Dr. Stein is WONDERFUL! Hes an amazing doctor who truly cares about his patients. A lot of places tend to treat you as just a number. This place doesnt; youre a person there! And his staff is just as great. Dont go anywhere else for your glasses if youre in the area. I highly recommend going to them and seeing Dr. Stein

Dr. Stein is the best. He is really knowledgeable about eyes and eyecare generally and is very friendly. He always takes the time to explain things and lets you know all your options. The Saturday hours are also great! I definitely recommend Dr. Stein and Eyeworks CT.

Ive been going there since years ago when it was Pearl Vision. Dr. Stein is very friendly and cares about his patients. My only complaint is that he doesnt carry high end designer eye glasses so I had to buy it somewhere else and have him put the lenses in.

Dr. Stein is a kind, compassionate person who puts his patients first. He is always on time for appointments--theres never a wait like at some other doctors. The store is really nice as well and everyone is extremely friendly. Highly recommended!
