I took my son here when he hurt his foot. After looking at his foot and taking some Xrays they determined he had broken it and sent us to the Urgent Care facility. The next thing I know I am sent a bill for $354.92 with twenty (20) line items on it. No codes, no descriptions just dates and charges. I called them and asked why they had not filed with my insurance and was told it was not their responsibility to file with insurance. I figured that I would would try to file with my insurance even without the codes or description but while waiting on that I get a letter from their lawyer threatening to sue me for the money. No call no second notice just a letter from their attorney. I called their attorney and told them I had filed with my insurance company and shortly thereafter I get a warrant in debt posted on my door for $499. ($354 + attorney and court costs). I called the attorney back and paid them the $499 to make this go away. I doubt that my insurance will pay without any codes or descriptions on the bill so I am now out the $499 to this place. My advice is to stay away, find another Chiropractor that has better business ethics.

I have been seeing Dr. Solomon for back pain/maintenance for just over 10 years after a mild car accident and throughout years of athletics. He holds a wealth of knowledge and does provide general adjustments as "tune ups" but always ask if there is any change/new pain and where the issue is centrally located, adjusting treatment accordingly. He is innately caring and wonderful to interact with and these character traits seem to be a requirement for his office staff as well. Although some staff have come and gone since my first visit there have been two faces I can guarantee to recognize when I walk through the door, Dr. Solomon and the Billing Specialist who is always excited to carry on a brief conversation. In my experience you can consistently expect an incredible chiropractic experience from Dr. Solomon as well as unquestionably kind and caring customer service experience from the office staff. This is a family friendly office with a cozy vibe and patients are quickly "adopted" as family. 5 stars for accomplishing and seemingly mastering "the little things"!

I have been going to Dr. Solomon regularly for 5 years now he is very knowledgable and caring a combo you dont always get. The staff have always been very friendly and sympathetic to any pain I am feeling. I have suffered from neck and back pain for years from being run over by a car when I was 6 and from multiple car accidents since. I thought I would just have to live with the constant pain forever before I came here, I feel so much better since I did. They take their time, and dont try to rush you out which I like. I just read the review below the one star there is no way this is true. They worked with my insurance from the first appointment, and myself for payments. They have never been pushy for money or called collections when I was 3 months behind. Highly recommend Ashburn Village Chiropractic.
