This office in my opinion is not professional. I went to see them because I am over 40 and was in need of some shall we say...maintenance. I spoke with the young woman who handles Botox, Juviderm and laser. She was very nice and told me that to get rid of my spider veins she could do something called the V-Beam. I was excited because these had proven to be a bothersome problem for me and caused me a little embarrassment. I went in for my procedure and it was very painful:( BUT no pain no gain is what they say so....I got through it and watched each day for some improvement. I had some slight bruising but nothing worrisome. Two weeks passed and I spoke with Amanda who told me to wait a bit longer to see any results. It has been 5 months and there is NO change. None. I paid these people over three hundred dollars and it was for nothing. I called and spoke to Ashley Beach and she didnt care. She was rude and condescending and told me there are no guarantees and to read the fine print on the form they provided. Boo:( no caring about their patients will only hurt them in the long run. I also had botox in my chin to reduce the appearance of the small dimples and there was no change with that either. I really dont know what to say. I feel as though I have been robbed by this office and all I asked was for a solution, for the office to work with me. They only offered more of the same unsuccessful procedures for more money. They have made a mistake, I am a woman who will need regular maintenance and they lost a good customer because of greed. Just be sure to ask many questions and know that they will not care if ANYTHING goes wrong. Be careful.

I just called to get an appointment for my daughter that would have been a new patient, they did not have any appointments available until June. Due to the severity of my daughters condition waiting over a month would be unbearable for her and her condition would only get worse. I stated that we could not wait that long and the response was, "Im sorry to hear that." And she promptly hung up on me! She was not willing to work with us at all and was very unprofessional. First impression is a lasting impression! Im sure there are many other facilities available with better patient relations!!

I just called to get an appointment and they did not have any appointments available until October. Due to the extreme pain that I am going through I said that I could not wait that long and there response was "Sorry about that" and she immediately hung up on me as well. Very unprofessional and Very rude. And no this is not a re-post from previous reviews, I called them today 7/11/2017 at 2:20 PM, this seems to be there practice towards people. They need new employees who treat patients and future patients as people.

Called to make an appointment and asked if theyre in network with my insurance and the receptionist couldnt even answer the question. Seriously? When I tried to explain it to her she just could not understand it. Its a very simple question & it doesnt take a rocket scientist. Long story short , we have Tricare Reserve Select. If your family has that, do not go to this practice. They are morons when it comes to military insurance.
