These guys are CROOKS. After going there for a cosmetic procedure they not only billed me IN FULL for the procedure but also billed my insurance for an office visit, and charged me a $60 specialist co pay on top of the cost of the procedure. They told me they were billing the office visit because I got a "consultation" since we spent a maximum of 5 minutes discussing other cosmetic procedures besides the one I got. I argued that if they want to bill for a consultation, it needs to be disclosed up front because it is not standard practice to bill for them. They argued that it was in fact normal. When I told them they were committing insurance fraud by billing my insurance for discussing things that arent coverd by insurance, it didnt seem to phase them. When I told them I would report them to my insurance company they told me that insurnace will pay them in the end. I told them I would post a complaint onlie and they told me they have been in business for 10 years and that they will make it through my complaint. The customer service was AWFUL and the staff was rude and unaccomodating. They are completley unethical and are obviously only out for the money. They could care less about customer satisfaction. I will never go back to those dishonest people again.

We see Dr. Bonner PA. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE her! Very professional, knowledgeable and a wonderful disposition. We drive 1.5 hours to see her. She addressed the problems and listens to what is going on. I have sent another friend out to her office and she feels the same way. The front desk staff is #1 great job ladies, extremely professional and make you feel right at home the minute you step in the door. Love this office! Thanks for helping me and my son! Tina

Terrible! Told me the rash on my feet was blisters from my shoes. Itd been there for weeks and only got worse after his diagnosis, itching even more and forming more blisters. Even told him I had a history of eczema but he didnt listen. Went to a different dermatologist a couple months later and he diagnosed as eczema and prescribed a medication. Cant believe I wasted my money and time with this doctor. Will NEVER go back!

Love Dr. Finkel and his staff! They are personable and helpful. I have three daughters and theyve all been seen by Dr. Finkel for a variety of issues. Each time their minds have been put at ease and theyve received the treatment that they needed. Ive also referred Dr. Finkels office to my parents. They too felt good about their care.

I took my nine year old son to the office to get two warts removed on his feet. The staff was great and explained everything they were doing and made him feel very comfortable. When we left he said he was surprised everything was so easy.

My husband went in to have a check up and to have a suspicious spot on his ear checked. Dr. Finkel failed to biopsy the suspicious spot. My husband switched doctors who was much more thorough and the spot is in fact melanoma.
