Maybe I am just unlucky, but I have now visited this dermatolgist three times, and got what I call BAD service three times in a row. In all three visits, I never managed to see the MD. I was immediately sent to an assistant physician (I have multiple fast growing pre-cancerous moles - whic begs the question of how ill you need to be before being upgraded to an MD visit). First the receptionists are not exactly warm. Having an attitude is more like what they think is an acceptable norm. Second, in all three visits, I was asked to wait for 15min to 25 min. When I asked why I had to wait for so long, the receptionist gave me a very cold stare that meant GO SIT DOWN. Third, the assistant physician, while nice and friendly, lacks experience and could at least be overseen by the MD. She ignored a developing rash that I had shown her, which forced me to seek separate treatment. She proceeded to biopsy tests by removing some skin and in doing so , gug so deeply in the tissues that my skin took three weeks to heal (btw she removed the skin without even removing unwanted hair on the way). All this is very amateurish and surprising. I would not recommend this dermatologist.

As a new patient with a terrible eczema flare up I was nervous to see the dermatologist. However, Dr. Garry (one of the PAs working in Dr. Changs practice) was very comforting in assuring me wed find a regime to cure my flare up. She looked over my rashes, communicated her diagnosis, explained the next steps, and repeatedly asked if I had any additional questions. Dr. Garry most certainly put me at ease and I am confident in her diagnosis and her plan for rehabilitation. The office environment and staff were clean, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The aide (Im not sure of her title) who assisted me before Dr. Garry saw me was super nice and understanding. The whole office team was a GREAT team to interact with.

I have been coming to Integrated Dermatology for about 4 years. Recently theyve been redirecting patients prescriptions to Loudoun Family Pharmacy in Leesburg, they claim prescription is a lot cheaper through this family owned pharmacy. Its been over a week and I still have not received my medication, its an impossibility getting a hold of anyone at Loudoun Family Pharmacy. This is ridiculous, Ive never had to go through such lengths to get my prescription. If you ever go to Integrated Dermatology do yourself a favor and ask for the prescription to take to your pharmacy of choice.

My experience at Integrated Dermatology was a pleasant one. I have been to many dermatologists. I appreciated being able to get an appointment on short notice. I was greeted by a friendly staff who made me feel very welcome. Dr. Chang was not available that day so I saw a PA instead, her name was Ali Sheets. I found Ali to be kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Ali addressed my skin cancer issues and informed me on some new procedures and products to look younger. I will definitely be going back to Integrated Dermatology!

Agnes Cheng is outstandingly knowledgeable, insightfully intelligent, and completely attentive to the best interests and comforts of her clients. As a melanoma cancer survivor, predicted to die many years ago, I especially appreciate her focused attention to catch any recurrence, and when needed, seek a biopsy. Appointments are easy to arrange. She also responds to emails, and in my case, immediately to a photo of a potentially dangerous skin problem.

I like Dr. Chang and appreciate how willing she is to spend the time explaining things and answering questions, but I have found her far too aggressive in her approach to treatment for my tastes. If you have a strong feeling that we overtreat patients in this country, Dr. Chang is not the doctor for you. If you want absolutely everything done to protect you from any future health concern, shes great.

Worst experience ever. I still have several hundreds of dollars worth of credit with this doctor that I am not going to spend... of course they are not going to return the credit to me. Instead of offering me proper treatment, this doctor wants to squeeze me in for an "extra" appointment. Not to say that the previous treatment did not turn out well.

I love Agnes Chang. She is so nice super attentive, helpful, and doesnt waste your time. Ive had acne forever and if something doesnt work its on to the next. She wants to get to the resolution fast. It is so easy to get an appointment unless your a new patient because she only accepts them at a certain time. All in all she is WONDERFUL!!!

I didnt have a great experience here. Shejust didnt help me with my acne. She gavels topicals, the. Antibiotics.. She told me something was wrong with my acute??? Ok well I been stopped going to this place, now I go to the dermatology of Bethesda, best place to go, my fave is doing fine now after all that waste of time going here.

Have visited Dr. Chang twice for yearly mole examination, and each time the staff has been helpful & friendly, the wait times to see Dr. Chang are under 10 minutes and Dr. Chang herself was thorough, efficient, and friendly. I would highly recommend Integrated Dermatology to anyone based on my experiences.

Very easy to get an appointment, even at the last minute. Dr. Chang is very nice - great bedside manner, asked repeatedly if I had questions. The staff was also nice, responsive and apologetic for the slightest delay in checking me out. Would definitely recommend to friends.
