I had an okay experience here. However, my experience with who they recommended was TERRIBLE!!! Was a little frustrated, paid $50 just to be told I needed to see a plastic surgeon.They recommended Dr. Henry F. Garazo. Big Mistake!!! Ask for someone else and make sure the surgeon they do recommend does do what you need done. I wasnt so lucky! After waiting almost 2 weeks before Dr. Garazos office called me with an appointment. Finally, it was today. I arrived at Dr. Garazos office at 2:45 pm which was 30 minutes early to do the paperwork they never sent me like they said they was. Now I know why? At 3:05 pm I was placed in a exam room. 30 minutes later the nurse returned to ask me more questions. Finally at 4:15 pm (1 hour after appt. time) Dr. Garazo showed his face. He took about 2 minutes to look at my problem and then informed me he wasnt sure what to do? Once I raised my voice and qustioned him about how longt it was taking he instantly said I had to leave or they were going to call the cops!!! Anybody would be a little upset after sitting an hour and a half! He had no intention on seeing me. He no longer does the surgery I need. Its medical, must not pay as much as Cosmetic!! We see why hes in business, obviously cares more about money than his patients! Why is it so hard to say that? Worst doctor visit ever. Plus a waste of time.

I am NEVER returning here. I made an appointment back in APRIL and couldnt get in until July. Okay, I said thats fine. Time for my appointment, I get there and Im told that the doctor isnt available. The RUDE receptionist claimed that they sent me notices and calls to reschedule and I never got a SINGLE one. So I have to reschedule for ANOTHER month later!!!!!!!!!!! Finally today my new appointment. I get here and forgot my drivers liscense sitting at home. The once again, extremely rude receptionist tells me that I cannot be seen and will have to reschedule AGAIN although I had other forms of ID. no patient should have to deal with this level of unprofessionalism.

First of all, I was and am thrilled that we finally have another dermatologist in Hagerstown. As many people will agree, we have needed this for a very long time. However, this is not just any dermatologist. I have seen Dr. Volker twice already, and he is a very personable gentleman. His assistant, Jody, is also very nice and helpful. So far, my experience with Dr. Volker is that he is very thorough and careful in his medical decision making. My experiences there have been pleasant. The office is neat, clean, and attractive. They use the newest technology too. Im a happy patient, and I am only just beginning my Psoriasis treatment!

The first visit was wonderful! But since then it has gone down hill. From messing up appointments to taking 30 minutes+ to be called back to see the doctor. Also being very unclear on what paper work they need. Disappointed. But Jamie Atwell is a great dermo, definitely recommend.

Wait over 30 minutes to be called, then felt like doctor was running back and forth. Cant get a bill when checking out. Was told would get in 2 weeks. NO bill. Several weeks later, and I have no info on test results.

This office only wants your money, they dont even care if you have insurance, they call everything cosmetic procedure that is not covered by insurance so unless you got money find another office

Dr. Volker was great and took his time with my husband but the female doctor I saw rushed me through my cancer screening. I would definitely recommend requesting Volker.
